The location was in the center of downtown. I could get to many places walking. The staff provided me with everything I asked for including some dishes. There is some street noise I noticed more in the morning then evening.

Bed nice. . Reception rude racist and behaved stupid. He ran double charge and got my debit card blocked. He ignored mt black husband when asing a direct question. Never stay there again, even if it were free.

Great location in town, but the location is WRONG on Booking.com. The actual location is 2 blocks south of where it says on the map. Ensure you know where you are going beforehand so you’re not wandering around with your luggage.

there was no water or electricity, when asked about refund the story kept changing about why there was nothing, how it wasn't their fault and I just have unrealistic expectations because it's belize, no other hotel in the street lost power etc. the gaslighting the fact everything was switched off as they haven't paid their bills was the icing on the cake. I do not recommend anyone to go here

The rooms looked just like the pictures. The location was great. The host were really unpleasant. They kept speaking in a language (not English nor Spanish) we don’t understand in front of us and did no effort to be understood There is a lot of noise from the street.

Just the space of the room. It’s big. The service. The staff are rude. No drinking water. no shampoos. They sold us water , when first asked, it was 1 dollar then when we came back after a few hours, they doubled the price. In the morning, at 9:45AM the lady knocked on our door so hard and non-stop and she opened the locked door with her master key even if the checkout time was 11am. IT RUINED OUR MOOD AND IT WAS A VEEERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
