Voyager Sun & Reef Hotel

It's at a great spot since it's in town, and it pretty clean and comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The downside is that since it is in town, then the noise of golf carts can be a bit annoying. The only other detail I don't like are the towels, they look pretty used up and old

Convenient to waterfront restaurants and attractions. I came on a day where they were renovating something in the building and it was drilling and banging during my break from outside . But that was just one day out of my 4 day stay

Great location if you want to be in the center of everything. Ants in room. I could hear persons on the street late in the night.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and everything in town. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. It was a very clean facility which got cleaned everyday. It had a small refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. The staff was very nice and courteous. The fact that the faucet handle, soap holder, shower curtain, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were rusty along with the entrance gate. Those could use a little sprucing up.

Dated rooms, stains/holes on bedding sheets towels etc.

The room could have been cleaner. Especially the restroom.

Very close to water taxi, the stuff friendly There are no hair dryer in the room, and no elevator or no balcony.

Central Clean. Good parking. Security very good

The property itself was great and excellent value for San Pedro. After going to Caye Caulker I definitely preferred that island but that isn’t the hotels fault.

No elevator with all rooms on floors 2-4, bed creaked a lot and was loud

No elevators. It was in downtown, very close to a lot of businesses and to the beach.

Great location! Everything is walking distance and you can use the town square San Pedro sign as a reference point because you can see it from the front door!

Steps from the water with shopping, dining and drinking all around. Golf cart rentals across street.

It was clean, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops,landmarks and water taxi. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very attentive and came to our needs whenever time we had an issue. There was A/C, coffee pot, fridge and microwave and complimentary water everyday. Also, they have parking for your golf carts. The tv didn’t allow for us to watch anything besides on YouTube. More options would have been appreciated but wasn’t a deal breaker. The hot water went out on our 3 rd night but it was resolved as soon as we let the receptionist know about it. No lift/elevators but I liked the workout so I didn’t mind it. However, if you have bad knees or back you might wanna request a room on floor 2.

This area of the island does not sleep. The place is loud, there are always people playing loud music and cars driving noise. The noise prevented me from sleeping at night. I stayed for a week and came back with headaches. I wouldn’t book this hotel again

No complaints for our short stay. Would stay longer without hesitation
