Nadia was the most attentive and thoughtful host. She is very knowledgeable about the area and very happy to share information about all the best places to visit and nice places to eat. Every breakfast is a delight, you can enjoy it sitting by the pool or inside enjoying the views. Great coffee, homemade produce and a different delicious surprise dish every morning. The location is beautiful, overlooking the pool and Lake Como and you can walk straight out of the B&B down to the Lake shore to a lovely restaurant and a few bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay. Our hosts really did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Big and very clean room, lovely private garden space , directly at the lake and with every breakfast they offered a special local speciality. Don't miss this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nothing!!

The breakfast was a perfect start for a day out. Generous in selection and quantity with good coffee. The outdoor seating by the pool was lovely. No suggestions as it was all fine.

Nadia and Max are really nice and helpful. The other lady (sorry we forgot her name) was super nice as well. The building is interesting and everything is very clean. The room is big, garden and pool ensure relax. Breakfasts and coffee were great, with new surprise dish each day. I would change the door to ensure more intimacy. The road to the house is very narrow and it's not easy to park but you can make it.

Lovely place to stay, just 2 mins walk from the lakeside. Max, the host was very kind and helpful suggesting activities and places to eat. We took both rooms so having the place just for us was great. The location was a bit tricky without a car. There is a bus, but it is not frequent and stops early in the evening. Very few taxis available.

What a honeymoon we had in Akuaduulza B&B! Max and Nadia were awesome. Thanks for the incredible kindness of these two people. Be confident of Max advices, you will not be disappointed, he is the perfect owner, and guide of your trip (and what a "spettacolare" breakfast he offers!) We will come back again, the perfection doesn't exist...but we were close. Thank you for the lovely trip! Nothing else to say, please try Max and Nadia B&B!

This B&B is something special, both the buillding, the location at the lake and certainly the best possible hosts. Once you arrive and meet Max and Nadia all is good. They are genuinely nice and every morning with breakfast, at the poolside, Max will give his recommendations for the day, depending on the weather and your own plans. There are two rooms each with there own private bathroom. Great to start or finish the day with a swim at the fantastic pool. Beautiful to cycle along the lake to lovely Menaggio and from there the ferry to Bellagio and Varenna. From Akuaduulza we discovered and enjoyed Lago di Como to the Max! -

Superb

The location is just perfect, with a direct access to the lake and a fantastic view. The breakfast in front of the swimming pool is just amazing. Nadia and Max are very friendly and gave us nice recommentations for restaurants and visits. The room with industrial style and the separate bathroom are not "conventional style" but we appreciated a lot the style and the spirit of the house.

The hosts of this very nice BnB were very focused on delivering us a good time; and that we had. Suggestions for dinner were great. The location is much to our liking. Not in a busy city/village but yet again close enough. The beach nearby (30 meters from appartement) is very nice. nothing

Great place to stay at Lago di Como. Max and Nadia are the perfect hosts. With their welcoming and helpful attitude, they really made our stay unforgettable. Everything was super clean and although it’s just a B&B, the pool was exceptional. Soundproofing could better.

First of all it‘s important to say that this accommodation is nice, quiet, close to the lake and that the two hosts Nadia and Max can be very nice people. When we arrived, Nadia gave us a very warm welcome and was eager to give us tips for the following days. Also an early breakfast on Sunday at 7.30am, in order to get our train, was granted. So we felt very well hosted the first day. Unfortunately that changed when we did a short bike trip before the breakfast the next day. One of our bikes broke down so we couldn‘t make it back to the house on time. Although we called several times to let them know and apologized when we got back, Nadia was still super angry with us, accused us of lying and told us that there would be also no early breakfast on Sunday as promised the day before. From that point we didn‘t feel welcome anymore and thatfore we decided to spent the day away from the house. Which is a totally stupid situation when sleeping door to door with your tenant and having paid good money to enjoy yourselves. I don‘t know if breakfast is just a difficult topic in general or if it was our age (30 y.o.) that made Nadia think she could treat us as children that did something wrong. We personally think it wasn‘t very professional and that she could have shown some empathy for our situation. To sum it up, we paid for two breakfasts we didn‘t have and had an akward feeling the second night. Since Max and Nadia didn‘t agree to give us at least a little refund this is a three stars review. But we still think that you can have a good time at their B&B if you get along with them just fine. Maybe this was just bad luck.

- the hosts were very nice and careful of our daily comfort. Very much appreciated - daily breakfast was very good - everyday we had a special type of food from Italy to discover at breakfast additional to the European Breakfast - facilities were maintained clean during all the stay - bed sheets changed every 4 days - hosts advised on many restaurants regarding of our daily destination around the lake, plus they reserved the tables for us.. every time it was a great experience discovering those restaurants - we had access to the swimming pool anytime - free parking - access to the lake within 1min walking distance Everything was great. Nothing that I did not like to mention.

This place is awesome!! We we were greeted with a big smile by the owners, Nadia and Max when we arrived. That made us feel very welcome right away. The entire house is so unique with a really cool vibe. Large rooms, very clean, tasteful décor with comfortable beds. A real highlight is the well maintained pool area. Large pool, pool deck and comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast is great with a surprise treat each morning. Location is perfect, just a few steps through the adjacent park and you're right on the lake. Max and Nadia have super recommendations on where to go, what to see and amazing places to eat with a view. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely go back! We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Thanks again Nadia and Max! Nothing - Everything was perfect!
