The location was great. I accidentally selected the room for two people rather than for three. However, I had intentionally selected that room for three people. The staff of the hotel did allow to a third person for an additional cost of 50 euros per night. The third sofa bed was not very comfortable and the toilet was not a normal one but one for disability. A few ants were in the room and in the bathroom, but I guess this is normal considering the super warm temperature. The breakfast was mostly an Italian classic breakfast without many options for continental or vegan/vegetarian breakfast.

Would have liked to have a second key to leave air conditioning on and not have to come back to a hot room after a hot day out. Pillows are much too flat and offer no support , but requested a second pillow and got it.

Great location, just a few minutes from the beach by walk. Also easy to reach if you come by bus (our case). Breakfast is fantastic, lots of options (fruits, croissaint, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.).

In a great street, away from the crowds and noise - near a supermarket, best granita shop and gelateria, near some of the best restaurants in town plus incredible breakfast/coffee every morning on the roof terrace. Amazing helpful staff. Kid friendly too There were no negatives

We arrived late, owners came to greet us and were available for any questions we had. The aircon needed servicing and we were told they had a hot summer. We had dust partials coming out of the aircon. The toilet was broken, showers were old and mouldy and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied once previous guests left. When we brought it to the attention of the owner, it was like we were annoying her about the complaints.

Everything was great!! 1. Host (Thanks to Giovanni for the great stay and hospitality!!) 2. Location (so close to the beach and nice restaurants and bars at walking distance) 3. Room (nice big and very clean room with AC, great bed and nice strong shower) 4. Breakfast (very diverse with sweets, bread, fruits, an (scrambeld) egg and excellent coffee) Nothing at all!!

Perfect place to stay in San Vito Lo Capo. It is just 330m to the beach and 250m to the lively street with restaurants and bars. The B&B is in a very quiet street. 10/10 ⭐️

Perfect location 2min walk to beautifull beach. Federico really nice Man. Apartament is cleaned every day. Thank you for hosting us , we hope to come again. For sure I can reccomend Accussì Rooms. Distanced parking 700m
