Great location on the beach and in the heart of all of the restaurants and shops. The manager was great and definitely did the best she could to help make up for our complaints. The massage therapist was amazing and the Turkish bath was very nice and relaxing. The hotel was also very clean and one of the best room cleaning from staff who even folded our clothes. They charge extra for just about everything, including €7 for fresh squeezed juice, €12 for Omelette (even if breakfast included with your room price), €3 for beach towels and €20-€40 for beach chairs which is probably same for most hotels in the area. Also the Junior Suite with a sea view had only a partial sea view, mostly a view of the back of a restaurant and photos of the rooms are misleading or clever angles. I would have preferred paying a regular room if that was what Ultimately what I received vs the $1,000 extra for a Jr. suite. I was also put on the first floor and it was very noisy. It started around 2am with the sound of bottles breaking from the restaurant below and again at 6am when they started putting out the beach chairs out, which sounded like boats crashing. Seems like they tried making as much noise as possible, and the walls are very thin. I have traveled to 7 cities in Sicily and many things I describe could just be standard for San Vito lo Capo as it is very touristic with prices 3x most cities especially in July.

The facility is beautiful and truly an exceptional place to stay with proximity to beach. The staff is extremely attentive and makes every effort to communicate in English. Will definitely go back.

Awesome property. Super location, rooms were great, staff was very friendly. I didn’t like the “nickel and dime” aspect. It’s a nice hotel. Things like beach towels should not be extra.

It is on the beach and just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we were treated to an aperitif and appetizer. The “new manager” was so sweet but professional.

The location of the hotel couldn't be an better. Steps away from the beach and the center of town. And the views are awesome Even though they charge you redicoulse prices for beach chairs since you are supposedly on a private part of the beach the hotel doesn't lift a finger stopping the random beach bracelet merchants from constant harassment. We were approached at least 20 times in 4 hours. They come right up to you while your sleeping on the beach and harrass you. It was the absolute worst part of the entire stay. Horrible harassment that can easily be taken care of. It wasn't relaxing. It ruined one of the best beaches I've ever been to. A world class beach ruined by a very lazy and greedy hotel policy

Location, staff, and room Breakfast was not great.. and I was charged for omlet extra 7 euros for no reason . I have never been to a hotel that provides scrambled eggs and boiled eggs and charges extra for the omlet . Plus, my son wanted scrambled eggs, and there were none left , so he asked the guy to scramble one egg for him. we also got charged 7 additional euros for that too even though it was free of charge, but has run out . When I came to check out I have explained that it make absolutely no sense to charge guests for omlet and that I only took one not two to give them a chance to correct this nonsense but the receptionist agreed.with me but refused to wave of the omlet charges. Everything in this hotel is brilliant. If it wasn't for the poor breakfast and the extra charge of the omlet, I would have given them to score

Location and great breakfast
-
Very central for carrying out holiday activities, for example we did a nice bike ride and an excursion to the Zingaro reserve as well as enjoying the sea and the beach
-
Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing holiday Delicious food both at breakfast and in the restaurant The village offers more peace but less entertainment out of season
-
The staff was very kind and attentive to our requests. The beach was wonderful. In town many services were already closed but then again we were there in November.
-
The hotel is also perfect for those traveling alone because it is located in the center and you have all the services at your fingertips. Superlative breakfast. .
