I like that the property did not use high scented perfume products to clean or plug ins. The breakfast is very good and made fresh. I like that we had an outdoor seating area where we can also hang laundry. I enjoyed the oversized shower. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The 15-20 minute walk to beach was difficult because I was dealing with a foot problem. Also, there were several ants in the room but I did notice they have things to try to manage them. It was a garden level apartment so I understood as well. The bedroom closet was the only place I noticed a perfumed smell but I couldn't find where that was stemming from. We refused to use the closet for that reason.

Nice, welcoming and flexible hosts. Very nice room and lovely breakfast options. I personally enjoyed that the location is away from the crowds and all the buzz, it's aprx.1 km till the beach. But the hiking trail to Mount Monaco is closer though.

We loved everything! The possibility of check-in at 21h; the easiest and nicest communication with the owner; the breakfast is INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Room was very clean, very cozy, comfortable, organized! Everything was perfect!

As other visitors have written, the breakfasts were great - not your usual ham-and-cheese buffet, but different cooked stuff every day, like sandwiches, pizza, pastries, croquettes. The staff were nice and helpful, for example they gave us some leftovers from the breakfast buffet to take to the beach for lunch. The location is at the edge of town, but the eateries and bars in the centre are just a 10-min walk away, 5 more minutes to the beach. There is a big supermarket nearby. Again, as other visitors have written, the property does not have its own parking - instead you are advised to park along a dirt road across the street. Which, in the end, is fine, just make sure you don't block a parking exit or something. Our main problem was noise. The building is located right at the main road into town with frequent traffic, so sleeping with your window open is not an option. But more problematically, the kitchen and other rooms are all next to each other and at 8 am (in all fairness, that is the end of the property's official quiet hours) the hosts and other guests start their activities and you can hear everything. So sleeping late - whether because you partied last night or just like sleeping it off - is not really possible.

Very nice atmosphere and helpful staff! Very high cleaning standards.

Good location, large room, very clean, amazing breakfast, excellent value.
