Very clean Could not tv on was told on the last day you have to actually touch TV with remote never heard of...Could have left instructions Lack of toilet paper when I asked instead of giving me one was told to check cupboard Fridge did not cool not even water Owner was made aware of clogged sink and didn't do anything We're aware we were not a couple when we arrived yet did not make up second bed

Loved our stay and getting to know San Vito Lo Capo. Friendly welcoming host lovely family run business. Breakfast was fresh tasty and prepared well. Clean comfortable and modern facilities. Excellent location and walking distance to everything! Highly recommend. I could not fault anything!

They only offered a croissant for breakfast which it was not even good. Also the coffee was bad. The terrace where the breakfast is served was busy with friends of the owners occupying the tables in the shadow and the owner offered a table at the sun to keep the only left table with shadow for him to sit and chat with his friends. We decided to sit in the shadow due to the 30degrees and a woman started shouting we should not sit there.. All the situation was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is poor quality and you can hear the other rooms as if they were inside your own room. Impossible to have a good night rest in this accommodation.

Room is really clean and cozy. The host was nice and helpful. Location is not perfect but we came by car so for us it was ok, if you want to walk to beach and promenade zone you need about 10-15min. Breakfast was ok, classic Italian - croissants and coffee. We got what we expected for that money. Location is not perfect but ok.
