The hosts were extremely nice to us. There is a nice terrace where you can have breakfast. The kindness of the host is the highlight of the place. It’s very well located. The room is honestly extremely overpriced for its worth. It’s the ground floor so you can’t really open the window to get some natural light. furthermore, the lighting is very poor.

This is a small family hotel located in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo. The beach is just few steps away from the hotel, there are lots of bars and restaurants near the property and a small supermarket. The staff are genuine friendly and they are willing to help u for any needs. Rooms are super clean with towels changed every day . The breakfast is serve on a charming terrace with an excellent range of Italian croissants and coffee. Nothing in particular.

Very nice and helpful host, tasty breakfasts, quiet, peaceful and very clean place. Thank You very much, Giuseppe :-) Parking place is a little hard to find during the weekend.
