The location of this property was great! Close enough to the beach but far enough to be a lovely stroll. Beppe our host was lovely and responsive to any questions we had and we enjoyed chatting with him at breakfast. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. Thank you Beppe for making our stay at beautiful San Vito Lo Capo easy and memorable.

Peppe is an amazing host. Centrally located and Peppe organised a great rate for secure parking around the corner. The breakfast is delicious.

Whether it was recommending local attractions, places to dine in, arranging transportation, or simply engaging in delightful conversation, Pepe made every effort to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Located in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo, just an 8-minute walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and tourist attractions, this place boasts an exceptional location. In summary, my stay at B&B Za Maria was excellent. The exceptional service, coupled with the warm and welcoming nature of Pepe, made for an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend B&B Za Maria to anyone seeking a cosy, charming, and hospitable retreat. I look forward to my next visit! The only thing that bothered me was that I wished I could have stayed longer.

Superb

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at b&b Za Maria. We have stayed at many Booking.com and Airbnb apartments over the years, this is the best host we have ever had. We stayed for 3 nights in the room with balcony garden view. Carried bags up to the room. Very clean, quiet, updated room. He also came in every day to clean up room and bathroom. Breakfast was great, better then most places we have stayed at in Italy. He was very helpful recommending restaurants where we had excellent Meals and service. Also places to go. He was amazing, treated us like family. Arranged a taxi to take us to Palermo, great driver, very friendly. Highly recommend b&b Za Maria. all good

Property is very clean, near to the beach and main touristic points. Giuseppe was an amazing host. It’s a shame that we don’t speak italian to interact more. I like everything.

The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The terrace on the rooftop was a nice addition to relax after the beach before going out for dinner. Strong odour after cleaning, nothing bad just floral type of scent, not a fan.

Beautiful spacious room for 3 with great breakfast. Convenient location with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Parking very close by. Nothing at all

Exceptional

New, spacious, clean apartments. Located 10 minutes walk from the central beach, close to the central streets, shops and restaurants. Parking is located next to the hotel. Also, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious Italian breakfast. I liked everything

The location wasn't in front of the beach but it was at a walkable distance. The rooms were fantastic, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was also really nice. The host did not speak any English and she made us wait 1 hour and 30min in San Vito Lo Capo until she could open the door. Unfortunately the worst was when I asked her if she had private parking and she told us that she had some deal with the parking next door...we drove there and parked the car and they charged us 8€. Obviously the B&B must take some commission for this but the host did not mention that there were costs involved or how much.

We had an excellent stay at Maria’s B&B. The location was central yet quiet and the room was spacious, bright and modern. Maria and her team were very accommodating. Overall, this place reflects very good value for money!

Clean and modern room, nicely decorated. Great location, easy walk to the beach . Good breakfast. Got very warm and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. Owner didn’t seem very friendly but this may have been because we don’t speak Italian.
