The host was very helpful, kind and friendly to us. The entire object was very cleaned and well looked after. Threw out our 5 day stay the breakfast was delicious and offered many different food options which was nice. Object is kids friendly. It is located around 20 min slow walk to the beach, in a nice and quiet area of San Vito Lo Capo which we liked.

- The owners are very nice and kind, we felt like home, great hospitality - Location just 20min walk to the main beach of San Vito Lo Capo location - Amazing breakfast with home made cakes, tarts and also delicious croissants and pizza, cured meat, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea and more! - Spacious room and en-suite bathroom - Air conditioning helped at night - Stellar cleanliness - LCD TV in the room... - The swimming-pool on top of the B&B seemed great, just renewed... - The double-bed mattress was actually 2x single mattresses, not very comfortable - We could not use the swimming pool, would open only during mid-June, we missed the online notification - The TV turned on randomly every now and then, a bit annoying, especially at late night - A bit difficult to manage the air conditioning controls... - The small fridge in the room didn't seem to work - Noisy room until late night, since it was facing the main road - Nasty mosquitos at night, it'd be a good idea to have mosquito nets installed on each window

. It was a good stay, but the opening hours for the rooftop swimming pool could be more flexible, because the mountain view is beautiful

1. Very helpful and friendly proprietor. This was important when I needed advice on what to do with a parking ticket! 2. Fabulous cold-buffet breakfast which could be eaten inside or on an attractive patio area overlooking the street. 3. Excellent communications with proprietor prior to arrival. 4. Stunning view of the mountain from our room and also from the roof/pool area. 5. Good air conditioning in room. 6. The walk to the beach is for the most part along an attractive and interesting shopping area. 1. Ensuite bathroom was rather small for two people and looking a little "tired;" but everything worked OK and there was always hot water. 2. The proprietor recommended and booked a boat excursion with someone who turned out to be unreliable. 3. Booking.com incorrectly classifies this and other similarly located hotels as "Beach Front." This is incorrect. It is not beach front. In fact, the hotel is a little too far for comfort from the beach and it is not practical to drive there because of parking difficulties.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was very comfortable. We were allowed to check out and stay by the pool until the time of our flight. Breakfast was delicious and when something was missing, we could ask the last and she would sort it out. Suggestion: maybe have a "Welcome document" in the room with contacts of taxis, tours, transfers and places to go/visit, best restaurants... Unfortunate there was a problem with the pool pump the first day, but these things happen and it got fixed, so we could use on the next day and even after checkout, so thank you very much.
