The patio is pleasant, but it’s fairly simple, so don’t expect anything exceptional. The refrigerator worked, but only at its lowest cooling setting because the temperature control knob was broken. One issue, however, left a negative impression. When my wife paid, the owner initially returned the wrong amount of change. Only after she called me over did the owner immediately provide the correct amount. I found this behavior disappointing and not something I would expect from someone working in hotel management.

It was really clean and beautiful. We had a great time and the breakfast was a big plus!

Clean, location good, Claudia very friendly. Price value ratio very good. Little noisy because of construction on the neighbors house going on and traffic.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, possibility of terrace and outside seating + particular use of garden kitchen. Calm location, nearby to everything, supermarket over the corner. But mainly the breakfast and sleeping was nice time there :-) Not so much of cosmetics, no bathrobe (it's notified on Booking). But just a small unimportant things. We really enjoyed the stay there

Excellent location close to the beach, clean, modern, amazing a/c, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure. All the amenities one would want. Claudia took wonderful care of us, extremely communicative and went out of her way to get our room ready early. Would 100% stay here again next trip.

Nice and comfortable room. The outside common area is great for the breakfast and for some quick meals. The staff were really welcoming, Claudia is a super host, very kind and always ready to help out in whichever question or request the guests have. The location is fine, around 700 meters to get to the beach. The nearest supermarket is pretty close and there are some shops also close to the property which are convenient. Everything’s fine.

The room was very nice, modern and clean (there was cleaning service every day). The host was very nice and friendly, answered our questions very quickly. The location was great too, a short walk to the beach (c. 8 minutes) and the town centre as well. A supermarket was right around the corner. The breakfast was usually some sweet pastry, little baguettes with ham/cheese, yoghurts, fruit and host made a coffee or tea on request. The breakfast was served outside on a terrace, which could be used during the day/evening as well. Overall this B&B was a really nice accommodation, would highly recommended. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

The hotel was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and room was spacious and vibrant with color. Claudia was an amazing host. Breakfast was okay.

Very nice Bead & Breakfast hotel in the centre of San Vito lo Capo. Very, very nice and helpful owner/manager (thank you, Claudia :) ). Whole hotel is recently refurbished, rooms are sufficiently spacious for single or couple (although I would like to be there with whole family, if you know what I mean). Very nice bathroom. On the less positive side: - garbage bin was not emptied over my four days stay (although overall cleanliness was very good), - breakfast menu is typical Italian - mainly croissants, sweets, yoghurt and coffee. Love it or hate it, but you are in Italy, so I understand it ;)
