Ghibli Hotel

Everything was fine especially liked the balcony. Liked the position of the hotel . Not enough towels for three people . No soaps , shampoos . The hairdryer is a little to be desired .

Close to beach and helpful staff

We enjoyed the central location of Ghibli Hotel in San Vito Lo Capo—it was very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast area was lovely, and the morning spread was decent, earning about a 7 or 8 out of 10. The hotel had a clean and professional atmosphere, and overall it was a comfortable stay. However, we found the room and bathroom a bit outdated and dark, which took away from the overall experience. Communication was also a bit difficult, as the reception staff spoke limited English, which we didn’t expect from a hotel setting. While the stay was fine, for the price we paid, we felt we could have found a better B&B option with a more personal touch and warmer hospitality & cheaper price. If we return, we’d likely choose a B&B instead.

Perfect location, close to the beach and everything else. Room was big and spacious, with a little balcony perfect for hanging stuff to dry. Good fresh Sicilian breakfast. The hotel has beach access (with an extra), and they also have an agreement with a specific parking lot which is needed as you can't park your car nearby. It's not possible to sleep while the balcony door is open as it gets noisy outside (people, bin collection noises). Thankfully with the door closed it's insulated enough so we were able to sleep. The bed also kept creaking and squeaking with each movement, but it might be easy to fix if reported (we didn't report as it wasn't a major issue). Also made the mistake of not choosing the offer with breakfast and had to pay later.

Close to the beach. Very clean. Friendly staff. Didn’t know I had to split my 2 rooms in different buildings but my kids are old enough so it’s ok.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The staff is so nice and helpful. I love the lady at the breakfast buffet urging us to eat torta (cake). The location is great as well. Nothing. It was great!

The hotel is very well located, in the center of San Vito and also very close to the beach. It has a nice restaurant. The personnel was nice and helpful. It is clean and nice refurbished. The beds are comfortable. It was noise during the night, after the restaurant closing when they were taking out the bottles and cleaning

The room was great, comfy bed, and you could see the water from our balcony. We were also pleasantly surprised by the restaurant - so good! Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again. Oh, and quick walk to the beach! There wasn't anything we didn't like. We loved it all!
