Beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and renovated with a nice balcony to sit after the day at the beach . Decor very nice and minimalist which was perfect for us. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices and some amazing cakes made every day by the owners. The staff was amazing.

We were right above the reception desk so we can hear the phone ring throughout the night.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The couple who owns the hotel is fantastic. The lady makes the most amazing homemade cakes. I suggest the pear and fig ones. The art deco of this hotel makes this hotel one of its kind. The rooftop terrace is nice to have especially for late night drinks and chats if travelling in a couple or with friends. Thank you for having us stay with you.

Every detail was well-thought and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent. In addition to a standard continental breakfast, the hostess made a little local treat, fresh cakes and a savoury, such as a frittata or sandwich, every day. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved the tropical feel of the hotel, with the cacti gardens, lovely rooftop spa and local art.

Immaculate/newly finished hotel with lovely decor. Hotel is spotless and in a great location for the beach and restaurants. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing every morning, fresh cakes every day! Thank you so much. We'll be back!! :) It might have been nice to have a few shelves/cupboard in our room to store clothes, and a way to ensure the mini-fridge does not switch off when taking the room key out of the room, but the room was brilliant otherwise!

The place was incredibly clean and modern, we particularly liked the art on the walls and the fact that we got upgraded to a nicer room for a small extra charge. The solarium (jacuzzi and chaise-longs) on the roof are a nice feature if you feel like sun bathing but not in the mood for the busy beaches. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again! Despite the 'no disturb' sign on the door, the room gets cleaned every day as soon as you leave it! Which is nice but sometimes unnecessary..

We told Ciara, who was especially warm and helpful in every situation, that we were a honeymoon couple and she surprised us with a very nice note and champagne, which was a very nice move. The breakfast was great I’m gluten intolerant and they accommodate me,the staff and owners Maria and Salvatore were very helpful and very kind the hotel is very clean this is a very highly recommended hotel everything is in walking distance very safe. Very clean and comfortable place. Really well situated The staff was extremely nice with us and because we were newly wed they upgraded our room - small touch which is really appreciated Wifi was weak in our room

Great location, easy walking to beach, restaurants and marina. Staff were exceptional and great to deal with, their English was pretty good too. The lady heading up the breakfast room was lovely, telling us what was in all the cakes, pastries etc. great breakfast, everything beautiful and fresh. Great coffees too and I’m in love with the Italian blood orange juices. Great having a balcony and a clothes rack out side to hang your wet clothes. We had a car and although parking isn’t available onsite they have a valet service. We actually had 3 nights in San Vito and just walked around, lounged on the beach and went on a half day boat tour so we didn’t need our car for the duration of the stay. We only hired it to get there and back from Palermo. Definitely a nice place to stay.
