Super cute, and clean hotel run by a family that works hard day in and out! Great location so close to the beach and the town.

great various breakfast, room was normal, but clean and modern - no fresh air. none, overall was great. ensure to bring your passport, they almost denied our stay because we forgot our passport at home. lucky, we had a pictures of our passport.

location when booking through «Booking.com” the price for accommodation was indicated with breakfast, when checking out from the hotel they asked to pay for breakfast, showing that it was not included in the price. For two breakfasts it came out to 60 euros. and the breakfast was not very good, two sandwiches to choose from and three croissants

All was high quality, hosts were very helpful and welcoming, good breakfast and premium materials. Balcony lateral view is not worth the extra money.

The nicest family owned and operated hotel. They couldn’t have been nicer. The house keeping staff were exceptionally great the place is spotless and the breakfast is amazing.

This is a rare finding...The place was great, very close to the beach. This is a family owned and ran hotel. Dad Salvo, Mom Stella, and their three children, Soraya, Simona and Stefano. It used to be Stella's grandparents house which they turned into a boutique hotel in 2016. The tasteful details throughout the property is a testament of the great deal of pride in their hotel. Each room is well decorated and very comfortable. The place is extremely clean, the breakfast buffet is rich and offers a variety of salty and sweet foods, with lost of the items home made by the family members. Everybody is kind. They would go out of their way to be helpful and make your stay wonderful. They provided us incredible suggestions on places to eat ( one better then the other !), and assisted us to select excursions and places to visit. We felt more like house guests than people staying at a hotel. Everything was excellent! Nothing that we did not like.

The location was really great , it was really close to the sea and to the restaurants and shops.The staff were great they helped us where they could like ordering a taxi and were very friendly.It was all very clean and tidy and the breakfast was good.Would come here again and recommend this to anyone in the area.

This has to be the best stay in San Vito. Incredible customer service and the breakfast is to die for. Amazing foods that you will spend $30-40 anywhere else. The rooms get the AC down cold even in the heat of the summer day.

Neat as a pin and close to the beach. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with very pleasant decor. The buffet breakfast was absolutely fabulous and guests spoilt for choice. A lift to the first floor would have been handy. But a nice family member of the owner helped us with our heavy bag.

The Hotel is very clean and the decoration is beautiful. The family and especially the Lady at the Reception, Soraya, was always very helpful. Everybody is very friendly and try to make your vacation as perfect as possible. The rooms are very small and you can hear everything on the street. But also, most of the time you will be outside enjoying the great scenery, so it's not that important. Only tip is to bring earplugs, if you wake up easily.
