Excellent location close to the beach and all bars and restaurants, very helpful via WhatsApp, beautiful terrace with lemon tree. Very quiet and peaceful. 10 mins walk to the bus stop. Great air con, fridge, comfy bed and good shower. The room was very bright and airy with patio doors on to the terrace. The room smelt a little bit when we used the shower.

Fabulous room, wonderful staff, lovely outdoor area. Even though this B&B is in the heart of San Vito the room was quiet, comfortable, well decorated and with a lovely courtyard. The staff were exceptional and the recommendations for restaurants provided were right on the money. Nothing

It was truly amazing stay. Gianni was so nice and helpful, he recommended great restaurants, that we've tried and it was totally worth it! We were with a baby that was mostly playing on the floor all the time and it was so clean in the whole apartment. The cleaning lady was also very very nice. Thank you and highly recommend!

Nada. The hotel appears to be both gaudy and excessively expensive for its quality. Additionally, the proprietor encountered issues with the payment system through Booking.com and resorted to sending us menacing messages privately. They even claimed to have reported us to the police for their own payment mishandling. It's astonishing that Booking.com would allow such aggressive individuals on their platform.

An immaculately appointed, very spacious room in the centre of San Vito with a comfortable king-size bed and sofa bed. Only a short walk to the beach. Our host was very helpful in organising the parking (they have an arrangement with a car park nearby) and recommending a boat trip for the day. There is a small courtyard to the rear with a sink and drying rack and tables for socialising. Our room at the back also had a small balcony.

We were there in the third week of October, so the town was generally quiet. Gianni was an excellent host, always available (via WhatsApp) and interesting to talk to. Room was recently added, so modern and comfortable.

Fantastic place, the best B&B I have been to in Sicily! Everything was perfect, the room was super comfortable and newly renovated, the location is great next to the beach and coffee/restaurants. The owner Gianni was very helpful and always available. I highly recommend!

What’s there not to like? I can’t recommend this place enough. It is my ‘go to’ place if I’m looking for accommodation. Fantastic value for money and Gianni, the host, simply couldn’t be more hospitable. N/A

I liked absolutely everything! staff, room, location that is super close to the beach, the decor is very cute. exceeded my expectations… I will definitely come back :)
