Beautiful view from the top floor where our room was located Shuttle bus is very convenient when you feel lazy or it is too hot to climb the hill The guy at reception was wearing sun glasses when talking to us and not telling all about the hotel and the possibilities in the surroundings. From my perspective the hotel is not meeting 4 stars rating

Distance to the beach and shopping/ restaurants was walking distance. Room furniture wasn’t “4” star quality. The bed was more of a hospital bed on a small frame.

Location was excellent walking distance to the beach, center and still able to enjoy peace and quiet. Exceptional sea view from our balcony. The young man at the bar gave exceptional service and went out of his way to assist us. The air conditioning and wifi not functioning and asked front desk for assistance and was ignored and told that there was nothing she can do. The next day we asked a young gentleman at the front desk and he said that he would have a technician to come in tomorrow. Unfortunately we were leaving the next morning and he offered us his personal fan. He was also very upset that it wasn’t taken care of earlier by the previous receptionist.

It was very clean and close to the center, my room always smelled so good. The price doesn’t include the beach bed and umbrella anymore. The showers are not so good, the water is weak. One of the hotel staff was really rude but the rest was kind and helpful.

Location was good. Easy to park car and it is for free. Breakfast was really good especially coffee and fresh fruits. Good sea view from the balcony. Free umbrela and sun beds on the beach. Carrying bags to the reception area through quite few stairs.

The staff is super nice, the hotel offers all long day shuttle to the beach. The hotel also has a private beach for which you don't have to pay for the sun-beds and the umbrella. The breakfast was poor for a 4-star hotel. The layout of the hotel is not very useful for those with baggages, because it has too many stairs, while the elevator from the parking was not functional.

the only thing has this hotel is the view if you are lucky to get a room with Seaview. The staff at check-in was really arrogant, impolite, the worse receptionist I ever met in all the trips I did. There is a lift for the luggage but he didn't want to give us permit to use it, continue to say that it doesn't work though it works properly. The structure is very old and bad organisation. Breakfast only until 9:45am and check-out at 10am. We are in vacation, why we have to run?

I liked having 1 umbrella and 2 sea sofa included in the room's rate ; fantastic breakfast; nice bus shuttle service (hotel-beach and go back) included. nothing
