All were good. Location, beds, room size, cleaning, parking, wi fi! No enough electricity connection points in the room, no vegetables on breakfast

Everyone makes sure that we feel as at home in Poli hotel. Restaurant is outstanding and the service. There is no such a thing. We like all.

Breakfast was great, the personnel in the morning was friendly and helpful There was noise whole night in our room from some electric appliance. Was difficult to sleep and could not be fixed.

It was an amazing stay, very clean rooms comfy beds friendly stuff we stayed only for a night and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, lots of varieties and we loved it. Nothing

It was a lovely hotel with a brilliant 22-year old chef. The waiter, Mateo, was 21 a twin and simply terrific. His immediate boss was a young woman and fantastic as a sommelier and giving advice. The AC was dicey. They should fix it.

Clean and spacious, big bathroom and shower. Delicious breakfast, not too fancy but plenty to eat and a good variety. Friendly staff The decor is outdated. The AC is centraler and cannot be controlled (couldn’t find anything in the room) I was hot during the night.

Building and forniture is nice Poor level of service, air conditioning not working, issues with electricity and hair dryer not working Waited for check in. 35 minutes because my partner forgot the physical personal document and only has digital one. They didn’t want to make the check in either on line option was not available, finally they found a solution that could be applied at the begging without uncomfortable discussions!

free underground parking As mentioned in other comments., since our last visit, Drop in level for the breakfast. Ask a room to the back , rooms to the main street are a bit noisy. Avoid the restaurant. Absurd prices for the quality. Very friendly staff but that is just not enough to justify these prices.

Nothing bad hotel needsto improve an all areas The hotel room had a strong smell of smoke, as if someone had been smoking in it. The bedding was also dirty, so I had to request a room change. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor, with insufficient food available. I asked for an omelet and was informed that there were no onions or tomatoes. Very poor service when you pay a lot of money.
