When I called for the airport shuttle, which was the primary reason I chose this hotel, the person told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes. 50 minutes later no one had showed up yet The first room I was assigned had it looked like excrement on the walls and all of the walls were covered with dirt. They did move me to another room, but it had filthy carpet and the tile over the bathroom tub spout was caving in. The whole experience was terrifying and I would recommend you stay as far away as possible from this property

Part of the reason I chose it was the proximity to the airport in the shuttle. When I called for the shuttle, they said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. 50 minutes later, it never arrived. The first room I was given, had what looked like excrement on the walls. The carpets are filthy. The bathtub had the tile caving in above the spout, and it was just horribly filthy. Additionally all the e walls literally had dirt or something else on them. There was a group of men sitting at the pool all night playing loud music that no one spoke to, to have them turn it down. Please don’t ever stay at this hotel.

The front desk employees were a tremendous help. Great customer service there. However, the grounds were very poorly kept. There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all.

Don’t arrive late. My airplane came in at 11:30. They’ll give your room away and not refund you even if you tell them you’re going to be late and they reply OK until 2am. No room. Card charged. No refund. We arrived minutes after midnight.

Location This hotel is older and in need of an upgrade Bed needs to be replaced and new linens Totally unlike hotels I’m used to booking through booking.com Lobby repairs were being done to ceiling so first impression was terrible AC was not working in lobby or breakfast area

The hotel is right next to two other hotels and you could tell the difference immediately in how they were taken care of. Upon arrival, the smell of marijuana greeted us. We went out to eat and upon return, there were two police vehicles in front of the hotel. The bed was harder than a rock and hurt both of our backs. The only real saving graces were it was pretty inexpensive and had a nice shower.

Hotel didnt hold my reservation as booked with bed type and released my room to other guest. They say i didnt notify them about my arrival in evening. I tried to notify them but they were not answering phone for few hours and also didnt read the message on chat system as they said front desk didnt have access to these messages. When the finally answered phone at 9 pm they said they only have different type room for me with 2 double beds and not king bed as i booked. On previous visit i also had to wait for longer while for front desk staff member to show up as she was wandering around the property somewhere.

Pulled into a party of some kind in the parking lot, felt very unsafe. Checked into room and noticed the property was not kept up and was dumpy. I did not feel safe so immediately checked out. Still waiting on my refund!
