The most unethical business I have ever been to I arrived early and after paying for a week stay through booking. We were notified that we could absolutely not check in until 3pm then we had and issue to were they told me my service animal could only stay 3 days.. because they said they have a no policy even though he is a working service animal.. and then the front desk stated that I could wait for management at 3pm.. upon him arriving it was the same results except then he took our DLs and then proceeded to inform us we could not stay at the property because it was owned by the same people who own suburban studios in Chester Va that my family had checked out of because the weekly rate went up, ridiculously high and because we asked for are transit taxes to be refunded because we were there for 31 days as it is a Va state law.. then I had to wait almost a week just for a refund from booking.. and that put my family in a situation because of paying for a 7 day stay.. and traveling for his job. They are highly unethical business owns.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillow’s comfortable One one towel per person and no hand towels

Il y avait un parfum artificiel très fort et les meubles étaient sans poussière et la salle de bain etait propre. Au premier coup d’oeil ça semblait propre. Le plancher était recouvert de vinyle, mais sale. Les oreillers étaient durs et vieux. Les matelas creusaient au milieu. Mauvais sommeil dans des draps qui n’inspiraient pas confiance et lit inconfortable dans une chambre bruyante. Pas recommandable à mon avis.

The room was really clean and the beds were super comfy The elevator is down so you have to climb a lot of steps and it’s alil confusing where all the steps entrance is at

The room was clean and towels nice but there as no soap, shampoo or even a plastic drinking cup. We were quite unpleasantly surprised by that.

The room was not in good shape at all. There was a large gap under the door that you could hear the noise and also let a breeze in from outside. No utensils or anything for the kitchenette area. The outlet in the bathroom area didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder. The shower rod was hanging on by a thread as well as the vent in the ceiling. Also the checkout time was 11a not noon as you have on your site.

Room was nasty and had roaches. The front desk Mgt is rude and unprofessional
