The location is very convenient, and the balcony is really comfy. And it’s very safe

I've enjoyed every moment there , but the problem is that fall in love with the one of the Security Guard right in the main Entrance,I think her name is Ntokozo if I'm not mistaken , she the one who make life so easy for me , remember I was alone , she was so kind to me... please if there's any possibility to let my number to reach please give her ( Tembela @ 073 580 1100 ) that woman she's so kind as human being... Please assist me

Good location, quiet, good WiFi No-one at check-in at first, then a security guard arrived. Tried to get me to pay amounts not part of the deal, couldn't get rid of him hanging about in my room. With such overt actions I never pay tip I was planning to give.

The pool I could not use the stove as the room was so small I felt like my clothes would smell of food..The pictures made it look like the room was bigger than as presented...and I had to pay P 8 00.00 upon check in even though it was not stated so in Booking.com.. apart from that the place was ok.. nothing to ride home about..

The room was big and the hotel overall was nice When you check in to the hotel they hold a 800 rand deposit preferably in cash , then when you are checking out they inspect the room for about 10-15mins to see if anything is missing or if the bed sheets or towels have any stains then only after inspecting and thru are satisfied will they refund you the deposit …it was quite annoying having to wait for them to do this for 10-15mins

There was no water. The aircon was blowing cold air on heat request. We are still waiting for our 50% refund. They are ignoring our emails Worst is that the owner is the one that promised to do our refund same day.

Spacious bedrooms but very uncomfortable beds The apartment. I was given is not what I paid for. I went for viewing a week before and I was shown a nicer apartment with very nice furniture. The i was given damaged tables and substandard plastic chairs. The staff need to take a serious customer care training and levels of professionalism are non existent. Who property is left to security guards after hours who do not have a clue of customer service. When I visited no one made mention of a security fee and the message from Booking l. Com came only on the morning of my checking in. The way this was handled was shocking and unbelievably very u professional. Customers service is non-existant

Location was ideal , close to Sandton Hub. The room was comfortable and it did have all the neccesary amenities. - Poor Wifi signal. - Parking could have been better allocated or organised. - No onsite facilities ( coffee , water etc).

Cleanliness The establishment has spiral stairs leading to the rooms, it would b better if they can locate a staff member to carry bags thru the stairs to the rooms. The room had no kitchen sink, makes it not easy to cook nd clean,
