The staff were very nice and helpful. It wasn’t walkable anywhere, but that was my the fault of the hotel. There just weren’t any sidewalks.

Very nice place - gardens excellent -rooms were good - really good breakfast 1. No hot water in my room - had to move rooms 2. Rooms really need a fridge 3. Access out of your exit gate was a bit precarious resulting in slight damage to the underside of the car

Had to wait 2 days to get a refrigerator.

We liked that the property was easily accessible and the security at the entrance was strict with uber drivers. Please uphold this. Furthermore, its close proximity to a good hospital helps a lot incase of an emergency. The hotel has an old touch to it. So we understand the aesthetics however, the carpets tend to hold and retain a lot of moisture, dust and particles which may be hard for people with allergies and asthma.
