Only access to the restaurant It was dusty and filthy - furniture is old !!!

I liked everything about the place but it wasn't really clean also I do understand because I made an immediate check in but I hope next time everything will be fine There's nothing I didn't like

nice location, lots of potential, however the sitting area couches were very dirty and there was a hole in the one window for a portable type aircon vent

Good location. Spacious rooms. The apartment wasn’t very clean with dirty cups in the kitchen and old milk left in the kettle. Loud noise from the restaurant/club below until midnight. The WiFi wasn’t working but the IT assistant managed to fix it after multiple attempts.

Bathrooms are very nice Bedding did not fit on bed and beds were not firm enough.

Some of the staff should do customer care programme. because they lack hospitality I felt the harrasment when i checked out. My second stay was horrible.I had no wifi the whole night.The wifi could not connevt.The guys could not solve the issue.

Hi, We ended up canceling to go there cause we thought its hotel like the other normal hotels , but we were told its apartment . for safety purposes we ended up not checking in , and they dont offer food , they refered us to a restaurent diclose the nature of the Hotel

I like the specious rooms and lounge area and the room is clean. The entire property didn’t have an adapter or 2pin socket. I had to pay a deposit of R100 to get a two pin adapter for us to charge the phone. You need to have your own Netflix account and Dstv. account so we could not watch tv. There is also lots of noise coming from the passage when seating in the lounge.

Nice apartment but some problems. Supplied fans did not have the adapter plugs for electricity so they were useless. Stove top was very complicated to operate and after a week we still didn’t really know how to use it. Live TV channels were out of service leaving only streaming and that was strange. Wifi worked only in our rooms and not on the property. See above. Location was good but needed Uber to go anywhere. No ATM on property. Very early checkout after a week stay of 10 am so we will not be coming back.

Spacious No appliance like iron, fair dryer, towels had stains. Floor was always wet , not enough ventilation.

This establishment is not recommended for families with children due to the type of individuals accessing the premises and instances of inappropriate and immoral behavior, including indecent dressing.

We loved the location. We stayed in the 11th floor penthouse. There were no bath clothes provide, no dish towels, no dishwasher or washer, no coffee maker, no drying rack for dishes. The furniture is old, worn and soiled. The showers all need a deep cleaning and the tiles need to be grouted. There were ants crawling on the couch and we saw roaches two days in a row.
