The front desk person was nice and helpful. The room was recently renovated but yet the tv didn’t work nor did the fan in the restroom.

The only mirror was in the bathroom and the lighting was dim and awful. Otherwise everything else was good. We were there for a wedding so I need better lighting. I bought a mirror at the store and propped it up near the window to have better lighting.

Our room was clean, shower was nice and beds were very comfy. The breakfast was amazing! Not as much the quality of food, but what was offered. I can’t think of anything else they could have offered. If we take another riverboat cruise, we will definitely stay here.

The staff was extremely helpful during check in and the entirety of our stay. Thanks for making this a great trip. We would like to plan a return visit.

Location It took a long time for the staff to get his check in due to difficulties, and the room layout was just strange with the bathroom being right across from the bedroom so when you turn on the lights, you got bright lights for the person that was still in bed.

The hotel is under renovations, but our room seemed to be unfinished still despite being rented. Overall comfortable and convenient for our purposes. Front desk was very helpful!

2nd time staying at this hotel. It's an excellent option close to SFB airport. Breakfast could be until 10am, but everything was fresh and nice. Comfy beds.
