I had a few issues and the staff were helpful. Since the hotel does not exchange currency, one drove me in his own car to an exchange and waited while I exchanged USD into local currency and then drove me back to the hotel. There is also an excellent taxi service available virtually across the road The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be managed/controlled by the guest. Not ideal for English speakers who do not speak Turkish. Apart from one staff member, no-one spoke English, and reliance on google translate is necessary. The room service menu, which has to be downloaded, is in Turkish and no English versions are available. Room service does not understand English, making ordering a little challenging. The large beds are 2 single beds pushed together, and the pillows are not great.

The indoor swimming pool and gym were excellent. In general the hotel felt more 4*. We ordered a chicken wrap and lentil soup twice through room service. The first time it took 75 minutes to come, the second time it was almost 2 hours. This was really poor service. The food was nice when it arrived at least. The restaurant lacked charm. The staff were very awkward. The staff spoke very little English. This normally isn't an issue (we've been to a lot of other places where the staff haven't spoken English) but the staff at this hotel struggled particularly with understanding hand gestures and communicating through Google translate compared to anywhere else we've been in Turkey, which led to some misunderstandings. The air conditioning was OK though on full blast it only went as low as 23.5c in the room. We found it slightly odd the cleaning staff came to clean before 10am each day.

Good size room, location ok. Bathroom drain smell was very bad. Room had recently been flooded and not properly cleaned. Hallway carpet was still wet.

The location, very nice view, good breakfast The swimming pool is considered as 4 star hotel not 5 star , and the air conditioning was not good but they changed the room for me , the rooms is not insulated from the street noise

Clean and nice rooms. Too warm inside the room. Aircondition did not work. Was 25 degrees inside the room every night. Told the reception, but they said they couldnt do anything about it.

In general the room was nice. - The info about the rooms on Booking.com is not right, I don't know if it's a mistake or a scam but I booked a deluxe room and when I arrive it was not even close to the room in the pictures. They told me the deluxe didn't exist anymore and they charged me the same price. My overall stay in Urfa was amazing, except for the hotel. There are better and cheaper options closer to the city center.

Poor service , there was no care for customers

Rooms was nice. I booked a room with a spa bath, on arrival they said there are no spa bath in the room and I had to pay the same price.

Room are renovated and fairly clean When you arrived, hotel looks like former HAN from outside but when you take the elevator, room floors look like you are in different building. staff is great. breakfast was ok but tables were not cleaned. saltcellar were oily and dirty…

Visitors are not allowed and this term is not mentioned in the hotel policy.

perfect location near town centre and short walk to the Sanliurfa Archaeological museum - easily found too nothing to dislike about this hotel - although if I really had to say one thing I’d mention the external windows could do with a bit of a clean
