The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfasts were good. Location very convenient especially if you are using public transportation, with a bus stop right in front of hotel, for buses to museums and otogar.

The people were very welcoming and showing great hospitality. It is a wonderful place with the vibe of old times with charming terraces. The location is great, and the breakfast is great. The staff are going the extra mile to accommodate the guests.

Great location. Friendly staff. The owner was very kind and helped me figure out how to get around Sanliurfa and that was a big help for me. Very tiny bathroom and it’s cold in there. But the shower was nice and hot and good water pressure.

Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast in the courtyard was wonderful. Centrally located.

1. Friendly host 2. Beautiful place to stay. You have comfort and feel the history in the 300-400 old building of the hotel 3. Old town of Urfa with all of the sightseeing is nearby. 4. Great help with a transfer from and to airport. 5. Excellent breakfast every morning and tea in the evening. We were happy to stay with 2 children and 3 adults in the two rooms suite, thanks for everything! It's so comfortable to stay in ancient building with modern conditions! The staff also can make laundry for you at a reasonable price. We also love the yard where you can meet with your friends who are not in the hotel, as well as meeting other guests. If you are keen on feeling the vibe of Urfa and genuine local atmosphere - it's a must visit Hasbahan!!!

Hotel location is great, and there was an AC in the room. The hotel has limited street access, making it difficult to unload your luggage from the car. Car park nearby. The hotel needs some attention. Upon arrival, the room was dirty - we were shown 2 other rooms which were better and we chose one, after the staff "re-cleaned" the floor. The original room had hair in the shower, mud on the floor, and dirty sinks. The bed sheets also had dirt (lots of hair) on them. In the evening, I could hear the unlucky family who got our original room arguing with hotel staff, meaning that despite being advised that the room was dirty, they did nothing to clean it. The second room we took - was not much better either. Towels were destroyed, and bed sheets were stained. Yuck

Very good location, walking distance to every attraction. Room was very cozy, Beds were good quality. Breakfast was enough and good. Very friendly stuff. Would always come again! Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful old hotel with large central courtyard. The room was very comfortable - good mattress, hot shower. The breakfast was excellent and they very kindly adapted to me and my colleagues having to leave early each day It would have been helpful to have a bedside light.

Very well located with many attractions in walking distance. An old stone house with an open courtyard where we had breakfasts. Staff were hugely helpful

Hasbahan is a gem, tucked away in the warren of streets in the Old city and well situated near the Pool of Sacred Fish, restaurants, and the Sanilurfa museum which houses all of the fascinating finds from Gobekli Tepe and other Neolithic sites in the area. The staff was helpful and attentive - thank you Ali for making a relaxing breakfast atmosphere!

Everything was besutiful, especially location that is a walking distance from everything. Staff was really friendly and Hassan and Bulent organised a really beautiful excursion to Mardin for us as well as transport to and from the airport. We always felt safe and welcome
