Joselin Hotel

The staff were really great and the location is good. Hotel is a very old hold which gives it a great character.

Our trip to Joselin Hotel was amzing. The historical location gives you a realm good vibe of the City. Also its very close to the City center with the Main sights and the personal is very friendly.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sanliurfa. 5 mins walking distance from Balikligol which is the main tourist attraction there. Rooms are well designed like cave hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful specially Omer and Husseyn. Wifi connection was too slow (our room was half underground floor, that could be a reason).

The building is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. Omer and his staff were very welcoming and provided a nice breakfast. A nice surprise was the water pressure and powerful hair dryer in the bathroom. I would suggest having some information about tours in different languages and some tourist maps at the front desk, if possible.

The room took a while to heat up. Eventually it did.

Very spacious room. Great friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Thanks particularly to Hassan who made us tea every time we got back from a long day and even brought us desert. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Thanks Joselin. Great atmosphere and perfect location, a magical courtyard.

Location Everything is very old, not well maintained, no shampoo in the shower which is added in the middle of the room in a very weird way, no remote for the AC, no cold water provided to drink, mini bar not working, etc.

The bathroom seems not finished. There was odor coming through the bathroom. Luckily the room is very big. So we didn’t smell in the bed room.

Oriental atmosphere real scherazade ... comefortable and homely cozy feeling. No English but try their best. No hussle and very obliging. Great breakfast. Just be aware you can't drive there it's on a narrow passage in the old town. Park in an Otopark nearby - the one uphill are sharks but keep the car safe - and walk. There is no wifi at the hotel.

Cosy relaxing courtyard and large room with nice old-town oriental atmosphere. Very friendly helpful staff but no western languages. They helped change our money and accepted cash much appreciated. Can't get close by car , park in Otopark up the hill the people there overcharge though! Bring Lire! The small room is very small! Some noise from neighbours but better than most. Bathrooms are improved recent additions to the rooms. Great location for old Sanliurfa and museums. Lights for reading in the evening. No wifi. None!

Breakfast was good, comfortable beds. You don't feel welcomed. Everything is scruffy: rotten oranges left on the fountain, dusty pots without plants inside, chairs piled badly on the terrace, junk, including an antenna, piled on the ground. The bathroom was dirty, you could not see through the small mirror. From the bathroom bad smells of pipe come to your room. When we arrived I asked which time was the breakfast: I was answered "eight o clock". Turned out the guy believed "o clock" means "thirty". So breakfast was supposed to be at 08.30, but at 08.30 they started preparing and we ate at 09.00. Total disorganization. Definitely not worth the price.
