Palmyra Boutique Hotel

Great staff, very helpful. The hotel has a lovely courtyard area. The breakfast was adequate. We had a lunch and a dinner in the restaurant and they were very good. Our room was perfectly quiet which was great since you are in a large city. The parking attendant at the lot next door was a very nice man. All was good.

good location near shops and eateries; very quiet room (rooms overlook inner courtyard); tasty and varied breakfast options; refrigerator in room and kettle delivered upon request; free parking right next to hotel damp, dark, and very small room (had to put luggage on the floor, very little room to unpack, only 3 hangars in wardrobe, no shelf or cabinet in bathroom to put toiletry items); breakfast items were good but not as abundant as in our other hotels in Turkey--no yoghurt or labneh, no fruit, no sweets/pastries, and the coffee was lukewarm and horribly weak (we bought our own Nescafe and made instant coffee at breakfast with hot water provided); overpriced - there is nothing "luxury" or "boutique" about this place - website is misleading - if we hadn't paid so much (more than hotels in Cappadocia and Istanbul) we would have been satisfied, but the website makes it sound like it's something special when in fact it is not

The staff were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were tidy and clean. Mr Ali always had a wonderful breakfast prepared each day. Palmyra Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are unique and cozy in their own way. I will definitely be back to Şanliurfa and Palmyra Hotel. Thank you to Mr Mehmet, Semira and all the staff that made my stay amazing! Nothing.

Loved the location, staff and views from the rooftop. Breakfast was always fresh and warm. Mr Allie was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Palmyra boutique hotel.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful old building very friendly and helpful staff - breakfast cooked as we waited was very good - access to breakfast room was a bit dicey- could have done with a hand rail as steps were steep and uneven - would definitely look again

The location is perfect. It's on a main road and bus route (#63), but it's quiet at night. The hotel is in a 500 to 600 year old building. It was the end of winter, but the heater kept the room comfortable. The shower is a good size. Staff are friendly and there when you need them for advice. You can walk to major sites in 10 to 20 minutes. It's a gentle uphill walk back to the hotel. Everything was great! I would stay here again.

Perfect place for whoever goes to Sanlurfa, very close to everything, and also quite... Breakfast is very delicious ? The staff are so good and helping in everything, Muhamet the owner and staff makes you feel like your one of them Enjoyed every minute

The property is beautiful inside, the room was huge, beds very comfortable, the bathroom had the kind of pillar shower with all kinds of jets , hand held, rainfall. The staff can't be nicer, especially Ali at reception. They have a parking lot next door and they validate. Being a historical building has its pros but also some disadvantages, you have to stoop to get in and out of the bathroom as the doorway is tiny. To get up to the breakfast area you have to climb up some very steep and uneven stairs. I have no problem but I imagine someone elderly and want to cry. The neighboring hotel has a music show/party every evening so from the afternoon to maybe 10.30 pm you hear drums. The surrounding area is a souq, so not the best place to stay if you are not local or very adventurous, might seem unsafe or messy, although it was fine .

Staff are very friendly, kind, and supportive. They could also help you with transfers and tours with good rates

A lavished breakfast was provided. Mehmet, Ali and the 2 girls assisting Ali, Rashid the security guy were all absolutely nice, and are very friendly. They are always ready to help with a smile. None that I can think of. We had excellent time there.

Good pickup from airport & return ( shuttle service) . Handy to local tourist sites. Staff were brilliant. The room & facilities were great & the hotels atmosphere ( particularly at night )was very cool . Breakfast was tops plenty of varieties. There was nothing not to like.
