It’s a beautiful and charming ancient monastery with old trees, ample terraces and patios. Rooms are big, comfortable and super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous! I highly recommend this hotel. That it doesn’t have a restaurant. Only that.

What made our stay especially memorable was the hospitality of the staff. They not only assisted us with every request but also shared interesting information about the building and the history of Şanlıurfa, which added a special touch to our visit. Nothing

We spent three nights at this fantastic boutique hotel. The hotel is actually in an old monastery, and the building is about 600 years old. They did a fantastic job in restoring the monastery, and the rooms were very comfortable, clean, while retaining the original architecture. The hotel is in the old part of the town, within walking distance of the bazaar and several important sites. It is extremely quiet at night. The staff is excellent, always eager to help. The breakfast was amazing, the amount of food they brought out literally covered the entire surface of the large table. We will certainly return. Nothing.

Exquisite hotel - outstanding staff, amazing breakfast, impeccably clean. Extraordinarily helpful in arranging transportation to various sites including Gobeklitepe. So glad we stayed here and can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is a charming older Hotel with stone walls and decorative façade. I liked it immediately. The bathroom area with shower was modern and comfortable with plenty of hot water. A generous traditional Turkish breakfast was provided every morning and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Fati and Hella were both very attentive, and in particular, Hella was worth her weight in gold. She went out of her way to help us find taxis, buses, stores and museums. She was professional but also genuinely kind and made it a pleasure to stay there. When our flight got cancelled she was especially helpful. Only that the internet was sometimes spotty. We were here during a snow storm.

Everything, the place is beautiful. But the staff was absolutely exceptional, probably the best hotel staff we have ever had. I became ill and not only did the staff walk my wife to the pharmacy to ensure everything was correct they also ordered food for me and delivered it to my room. I have been to 46 countries and thos was by far the best hotel staff I have ever had. The facilities are amazing as well.

Beautiful hotel in the historical city center. The staff were wonderful and kind. The breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful family owned property with excellent service and delicious breakfast.

Such a cool place!! You get to stay in a piece of history! I’m not 100% sure but I think it was a 12th century Armenian Church. Very interesting architecture everywhere. It’s like staying in a museum! And the people were extremely friendly!! I loved the waitresses at breakfast in the morning. Oh and the food was so good!! The beds were absolutely heavenly! And the staff brought us çay and freshly squeezed orange juice when we arrived. They also helped us get a good parking spot right next to the area where there is a gate to the little hidden medieval village. And the staff helped us with our luggage and brought us brochures in English to explain all of the fun things to learn about and explore around the area. We didn’t see many other American tourists and I loved that! Just shows me that this is not a well known destination outside of the local tourism… and it makes it even better to walk through an area that is untouched by westernization. And it wasn’t too far to drive to Gobeklitepe, Karahantepe, and Harran. It is about 3 hours to Mount Nemrut, but you can’t have everything lol! The town has everything you need! Restaurants with Delicious food in really amazing ancient buildings with some great historical stories. I would love to go there again!!

Lovely place in a very good location in the old city. Great breakfast. Clean, pretty rooms. They even made sure we had a sandwich to take with us and a smooth departure for an early morning flight.
-
Beautiful, atmospheric property. Very kind and helpful owner and staff. Assisted with access to Mr Ridwan Derin at Sore Travel in Urfa who was an extraordinary guide and host.
-
Aside from a gorgeous look and great location, this hotel really looks after guests. They went above and beyond to make our trip to Urfa fun and welcoming. This is a hospitality driven business, which cares for their guests as they would visiting family. Nothing was too much trouble. There was lots of suggestions about how to spend our time we took, and had a much richer time because of it. The breakfast is excellent. -

Well done restored historic property in a great location: walking distance to museums, bazaars, and historic sites. Lots of levels and courtyards provided great variety of spaces. The staff were fantastic- very accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier (Google translate was used a lot). The breakfast was a feast. They even made a special early breakfast for me when I had to catch an early bus. Some music venues in the neighborhood were loud, but quiet after midnight. Turning on the A/C and the thick walls solved that issue.

A beautiful historic hotel, with a great staff A few too many cats, not good if you're allergic
-
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, great communication. Everything I was hoping for during my visit. They provide contact for a guide, Ridvan DERIN, whose English was excellent and mot only lead a fantastic tour but also was fun to talk to about local culture. This is the place to stay,

A lovely building with a romantic atmosphere. Very welcoming staff who bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A sumptuous breakfast The manager overruled our guide's dinner recommendation and we ended up in a place where we were seriously ripped off. The hotel collected from us cash for a transfer in an old yellow cab at the sane price as our arrival in a sleek Audi

The breakfast was outstanding; the location was good and the ambience of the old hotel was great. The staff were great, friendly and helpful and the owner has a passion to renovate the old house. Try the Kurdish coffee. Position was noisy with restaurant music next door; expensive room for the facilities offered; no clear instructions on parking.

I love that it was within the old area of Urfa, it was a beautiful stone building that was converted from an Armenian church. It was filled with trees, plants, helpful staff and friendly cats. I large Turkish breakfast was also included That I wasn’t able to spend more time
-
Beautifully restored historic building - old Armenian church complex - sensitively renovated maintaining and restoring original features. Excellent breakfast. Generous early check in and late checkout. Very professional owner Jasmine who is clearly passionate about her project. Nothing
