The breakfast, people, atmosphere was amazing. My room was too small, but I only slept there, so it is fine. Wifi did not work properly

It was written that there is a parking place but there wasn't. We needed to park 200 meters away and move all the luggage by hand. The room was one of the smallest rooms that we have seen. It was not clean and there was some garbage from the previous guests. We found bread in the refrigerator so you can imagine how they cleaned it. On the second day of our stay the room wasn't clean and we needed to ask for this. When we came back later everything looked OK at a first glance but when we took the towels to take a shower - we found out that they didn't change them - were dirty and wet (and folded back in the wardrobe). The reception staff did a lot in order to assist us and even cleaned the room instead of the cleaning lady.

The staff members are absolutely amazing, very kind and friendly, helpful, polite, excellent English knowledge, very hospitable. All our requests were granted immediately, we also got packed breakfast because of our early departure time. The beds, pillows, towels were very nice and comfortable, there was complimentary bottled water in the minibar. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and it had a wide range of food items. My only problem was that the bathroom was so small that as a large person I struggled to even get inside and to use it. Everywhere I turned I had to be careful not to hit a limb. Also, the water temperature was also very difficult to get right because it was either too hot or almost cold. It was OK for me but my young child couldn't shower. If the bathroom was a tiny bit bigger it would have been perfect. My thin friends also found it very small and uncomfortable, but for me it was a real challenge.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's located near the main points of interest in Urfa. The staff is kind, and I believe there's sometimes one person at reception who speaks English. The room is comfortable. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is amazing- there's a lot of variety and it's slightly different every day! Can recommend staying in this place.
