Wifi coverage was only OK in one half of the room, no coverage in the other half. Connection was possible on mobile, but not on laptop

Very nice and good service

Spacious hamam and breakfast (many options). Free parking at the property. The AC was not working properly. Bed sheets had holes in them. Check in took a long time. Although staff were very nice, it was hard to communicate via telephone as I did not speak Turkish.

Clean , good value. Good breakfast. Staff didn’t cooperate with us about give us 2nd keycard & gave us 2 energy cards. It’s supposed to give us 2 keycards not 2 energy cards.!

THE WORST HOTEL AND MANAGEMENT. IF YOU VALUE YOUR STAY AND WANT TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE, LITERALLY ANY HOTEL WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS HOTEL!!! STAY IN YOUR CAR; IT IS BETTER THAN THIS HOTEL!!! I booked a King Suite with Spa Bath through Booking.com for a 3-night stay in Şanlıurfa. This was not an ordinary trip for me; it was my WEDDING NIGHT stay, meant to be one of the most important and memorable moments of my life. Instead of the suite I booked, I was given a regular double room. There was no explanation, no prior notice, and no consent for this downgrade. I only realized later that the room I was staying in was not what I had paid for. This completely affected my wedding experience. The stay that was supposed to be special, memorable, and the highlight of the trip was instead filled with stress, confusion, and frustration. When I raised the issue, I was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. They essentially sold my room. Later, management acknowledged the situation and promised it would be fixed and that I would receive a refund, but nothing at all was done during the stay. Even after clear confirmation that there was a problem, I was still left in the wrong room for the duration of my visit. I was also given inconsistent explanations and promises, including assurances of compensation that were not properly fulfilled. The refund/adjustment provided was minimal and does not reflect the difference between a suite and a standard room, nor the impact this had on my stay. What makes this worse is that this hotel was presented as one of the better options in the area, and I specifically chose it expecting quality and reliability for such an important occasion. Instead, it completely failed to deliver what was booked and what was promised. This experience did not just involve a booking issue; it ruined what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime wedding stay. I am going to SUE them for it. I also have to mention the hotel was not at all 5 stars. It was dirty, smelled bad, and smoking was allowed everywhere. It was filthy. It is not worth your money. Go stay literally anywhere better than this hotel. Do not waste your money.

Excellent hotel with good location in the center of the city, wonderful rooftop restaurant with an amazing view from the terrace. Big pillows :)

Wifi Cleanliness

Huge room.

Excellent indoor pool and spa. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with a great view of the city. Both of our rooms had problems with the key cards for the doors. I had to go to the reception several times to have them programmed. It is very confusing to access the hotel by car. Google maps navigation will take you to the parking lot of the neighboring shopping mall. After a detailed analysis, I concluded that the hotel can only be accessed from the roundabout, but by crossing over the solid white line. And that's how everyone does it. Otherwise, only public transport vehicles can legally access the hotel from the traffic lane reserved exclusively for them.

The location is convenient for exploring the local area. The hotel was easy to find with good front door staff. The rooftop restaurant was very nice but could use with more air conditioning. The rooms were HUGE! SUPER big almost unnecessarily so...making it difficult to keep the room cool. More personable staff (also english help would a bonus) The hotel outdoor pool was closed and the indoor one seemed like a public family swim area which was not appealing. The hotel hallways were unlit and unairconditioned including the elevators etc. Making walking in the dark concerning and uncomfortable. Put all of the guests onto one or 2 floors but make it comfortable for guests if looking to conserve money. The room was dated with not enough pillows and bedding. Touches like a bathrobe etc were missing.

For one night stay in small city is fine.

The only note i have , is the shower wall had hair on it ? The guest before me obviously shaved , and. It wasnt removed

The location was absolutely ideal—just a few steps from the final stop of the airport shuttle bus, which made arrival super easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed, including good bathroom amenities. The staff were very kind and helpful, and their English was good enough to communicate everything important without any problems. The breakfast was amazing—so many different options that I ended up eating way too much! The hotel restaurant also serves great local dishes for lunch and dinner. I especially loved a local drink called “Açik ayran”—so refreshing and delicious. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming—it really felt like home. There were shops and supermarkets just around the corner, which made it easy to grab drinks or snacks. For sightseeing, the location was super convenient too: there’s a stop for the local trolleybus line 63 nearby, so it was easy to get around the city. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the hotel felt a little dimly lit overall—but honestly, that’s a very minor issue compared to everything else.

The buffet breakfast was awesome. The restaurant's dinner was excellent and there was a Friday music show. The facilities, including the pool, sauna, and hammam were excellent. 2nd-hand Cigarette smoke entered the room through the A/C vent. Not sure where the smoke came from, but it would be great if the source could be found and eliminated.

Everything was perfect, clean room, plenty of space. Good location. Very quiet. We are happy and had a good rest.
