Very reserved and clean Amazing sea view Breakfast and coffee

Nothing. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff and people were extremely rude and unwelcoming, making us feel completely uncomfortable. On top of that, the bed was absolutely terrible—uncomfortable and impossible to get a proper night's sleep on. Extremely disappointed.

Very beautiful views of Sorrento from both the balcony and the swimming pool. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Based on the photos before booking, we expected a much higher standard. During our four-night stay, the bread was fresh only once, the vegetables were not fresh, some cold cuts looked dry, the scrambled eggs were poor, and the bacon was undercooked. There was also a very limited selection of pastries, which was surprising in Italy. Overall, the breakfast was far below the standard of a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the lack of hot water for two days on our floor. We were informed that the entire section of the hotel was affected, but this is not something guests should experience in a 4-star hotel. The hotel restaurant was also disappointing. The food looked nice but tasted average. Only the tiramisu was excellent. I also ordered an Angus steak that was never served, yet it was initially added to our bill. The shuttle bus to Sorrento was much less convenient than advertised. It had to be booked one day in advance and operated only at a few fixed times. In the end, we used taxis instead, which were far more convenient. Overall, apart from the beautiful views from the balcony and the swimming pool, we cannot recommend this hotel. In our opinion, it does not deserve a 4-star rating.

Amazing pool and view! very relaxing ! Great breakfast, wonderful staff. We decided to have one night there and not in the center of Sorento because of the view, and it was amazing. 10 minutes from the hotel you can find different restaurants, so you don't have to go to the center, but if you prefer going to the center they have shuttles that run frequently. Nothing

The view is amazing. The breakfast was delicious. While farther from the Sorrento, the free shuttle and local bus were very good to get around. Would have liked the shuttle to start earlier and to run in the afternoon.

Amazing views that were worth the shuttle ride

They provided a shuttle with great hours. Great breakfast, very clean, gorgeous scenery with a very nice pool. Just a little far from Central Sorrento but with no traffic it was about 16 minutes.

Everything was up to our expectations , Would’ve liked to have a spa around . But still its really a wonderful place . Loved the views and the classy Restaurant for dinner :deserved a thumbs up o Nothing

Great place quiet, and the view is great, also the area by the pool is really magnificent, the breakfast was great also free parking was provided, and last but not least the staff was very friendly Nothing

The view and the pool were awesome. The room was very large and accommodating and the breakfast variety was excellent. While the pool and view were awesome staying on top of the hill presented some challenges. Many tours we were interested in would not do a pick up so far from Sorrento. The shuttle schedule was not very frequent so we only took it on arrival and on leaving. You also had to reserve it in advance and often we did not know what our schedule would be.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, and great location!

The infinity pool was absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular from our balcony, the breakfast room, the dining room and the pool area! The food was very good at breakfast and for dinner. It was an outstanding experience with friendly and helpful staff! I needed to rebook my stay and got a second guest fee that was higher than the original booking.

The room was clean, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast delicious, the pool lovely, and the view absolutely amazing It takes about 20 minutes to get to Sorrento. There is a shuttle available, but you may have to wait for it. If you have a car, you can drive down to Sorrento, but parking isn’t cheap.
