Wonderful location especially with a Seaview room. Front desk staff was Wonderful and very helpful. They can arrange excursions before you arrive and set up car transport to airport or train station.

This is my second time staying at this property. It is so comfortable and the staff is so nice. The breakfast in the morning is a plus and the view is unreal. If I were to come back to Sorrento I would definitely stay here again

Some information that is not really good or bad but that I think people should know - this hotel is kind of remote and it takes a while to get places. The shuttle ride to Sorrento is give or take 30 minutes, the bus is twice as long and the service is very inconsistent, and taxis are 60 euros. It is possible to walk to Sorrento, but the paths are VERY steep and covered in hundreds of years of squashed olives so also very slippery, wear shoes with good traction and allow a lot of extra time. The hotel advertisers they have a free shuttle to Sorrento, but it only fits 6 people and it's possible it will fill up, which it did a few times in mid October which is supposed to be off season. Also the last available return shuttle from Sorrento is at 6:30pm, which is way too early, most restaurants don't even start dinner service until 7pm. The free breakfast is not good.

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel provides a shuttle to Sorrento. The location is far from Sorrento. This was challenging for us as we had a couple of tours booked - all starting in Sorrento. Though they provide a schedule for the shuttle, there are a few things you should know... you must book the shuttle whether you are going to Sorrento from the hotel, or you are going back to the hotel from Sorrento. We were at the Sorrento meeting point for a scheduled time however we did not book the shuttle so it did not show up. Also - the hotel website does not tell you this but they offer tour bookings. Take advantage of this service because most tour operators start early, and start from Sorrento. This can be problematic as you must take a city bus to get to Sorrento (a taxi can be 60 Euros!). Oh, and the pool is not heated!!

I liked the pool and views of the bay. It was very peaceful. The included breakfast was jummy and had a large variety. The beds were so comfortable. Also, the hotel offers free shuttles to Sorento, which was great. We were put in the back of the hotel with no views even though we got an upgrade through booking.com, and a picture of a booked room looked nothing like what we got. There was only a door to the patio and no window. The room felt dark. The hotel didn't have any rooms available and didn't offer us anything in the form of compensation. I would call the hotel in advance and assure you are not in the back of a hotel with no "views of mountains".

Just a little far from the main town so at night it might be a little expensive to go back but they do have a shuttle.

We stayed here for four nights and loved every moment! The location is about 20 minutes from the city center, but the complimentary shuttle made getting back and forth easy and stress-free. The pool was fantastic, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The on-site restaurant not only served great food but also offered a stunning view to enjoy while dining. Overall, our stay was relaxing, convenient, and memorable. Highly recommend!

The view of Vesuvius from the terrace and pool are like no other. Only downside was that everything is charged to the room with no receipt to go along with it for guests to keep track of their spending.

I can't describe enough, the staff was excellent, the location is beautiful and the hotel was magnificent. You will LOVE it here. I hope to come back. I cannot think of anything that made me think "don't come back" - just be prepared that you are a little bit away from being in the center. For some that could be a negative, for me it was a total win! So that's not a dislike, just listing here should it bother some. I fell in love with the area.

Exceptional old world gracious hotel in a fantastic country setting, so peaceful. Beyond beautiful scenery. Everyone agreed food needs to be dramatically improved; most was not good, even awful but a few dishes were very good. The breakfast buffet is huge and that is very nice. They have a free shuttle ( book at front desk) several times a day down to Sorrento and back, which is fantastic. If you have a bad back the bathrooms in the rooms are a bit difficult, no back on the toilet seat and other inconveniences but overall I still loved the hotel for its ambience and location, The food

We had a room with stunning view of Naples Bay and Mount Vesuvius (see few photos I’ve taken during different times during our stay)! Staff were very welcoming; everyone from Reception, dining room and housekeeping! The facilities in the room were great except the drainage in the shower; also we didn’t know how the exhaust works! Poor drainage in the shower.

The view, the atmosphere, the front desk reception were all so friendly. Breakfast was excellent. They saved the day. It was an amazing experience!

It was a lovely stay at hotel Iaccarino, with amazing views and lovely staff. A young lady from reception (Ileria) helps us a lot and we got a free upgrade for the rooms. Everything was perfect!
