We absolutely loved our stay here. Even before arriving Pina did everything she could to organise our stay so it was unbelievable. The service by all staff at the hotel was out of this world. The Vista Skybar was beautiful and the view of the sunset from up here was incredible. We had a stunning meal in the Vesuvio Panoramic where Luigi really looked after us and the food was amazing. Angela at breakfast was fantastic each morning and looked after us in the pool restaurant too. I would love chatting to Rossella on reception each evening about where we had been to eat. We had a lovely room on the front with a seaview, which I would highly recommend. I cannot say anything negative about my stay here and we have stayed in some stunning hotels over the years. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and highly recommend. Nothing it was incredible.

The staff is incredible. The views are so outstanding. The food and drink is 5-star. The beach pass is key and all the amenities. Very kind and accommodating people with a great sense of the full Italian experience.

Location cleanliness pool area and beach area all clean and beautiful. Gym well supplied. Shuttle into town was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible. Hard to believe it was included. The hotel owns the restaurant across the street. View was spectacular but the food wasn’t great.

The high quality service and facilities matched the cost. If I'm spending the money...I expect it and that high quality was there...from the introduction of the facility, the comfort of the beds and service in the rooms, fresh squeezed juice upon our arrival, to the guy at the pool laying our towel down for us to reservations when needed and the beautiful breakfast buffet on the terrace. Beautiful. That high quality service was not experienced at the rooftop bar and the food was also not a match at the rooftop bar. The view and vibe are excellent but that's where it stopped. Also, I would have appreciated an option of a to-go breakfast of sorts since we had to depart so early and missed our morning breakfast. Additionally, we had a private driver for tours who was not treated with respect by a guy at the front desk. We didn't appreciate that. He had been in touch with us, we were coming right down and he was made to love the vehicle which created delay in our departure. It was unnecessary and not respectful to him.

Great selection of food. Fabulous view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The staff was exceptional. Very professional, and customer focused. They made you feel special! We loved everything.

Beautiful property! Luxurious but without being overwhelmingly large. Rooms were excellent (we did family suite 2 nights and 2 normal rooms 1 more night). We loved it so much we extended our stay there one more night. Unfortunately we missed the beach club (wasn’t in season yet). The staff is super courteous and friendly. Nothing :)

The staff were so kind and ? amazing! These Arlington is so comfortable everywhere. I loved their shampoo & Conditioner! The service at breakfast was very disorganized and almost too much staff tripping over each other. Overall the food wasn't as memorable as the staff, seating and great view.

View, service, facilities all exceptional. The spa was a little disappointing. And our rooms weren't together as requested but the rest was so beautiful it didn't matter.

There was even no chair in the room or a small table!! Our room was extremely below a five star standard hotel especially for the rate of about 800 Euros per night. I believe that room shouldn’t be offered to any hotel guests with a five star expectation and experience :(

A beautiful hotel with amazing views, a fantastic rooftop, and good pool and beach facilities. The complimentary shuttle was a great bonus, as the property is not located in town and the shuttle is needed to get there. Despite the hotel’s beauty, the high price tag was not worth the overall experience. There are many great alternatives available at a better value.

Beautiful view

This hotel is excellent in every way. The property is beautiful. The service was amazing. The breakfast had so many delicious options. The shuttle is very efficient. We loved the access to the beach club and having a swim in the ocean every day. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Pina and the rest of the staff - they were all so genuine- kind, funny- so so friendly!! I could go on!

This property was in an excellent location with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The property was clean and had absolutely fabulous service! The staff were amazing and breakfast was wonderful! The shuttle service was a pus. The grounds was also beautiful. The beach area was breathtaking! It could be a bit noisy at night.

Not worth the price. Small room, poor facilities, public beach. Not worth the money.
