The location, room, facilities and breakfast are all excellent. Nothing.

We loved the atmosphere and decoration. The staff was extremely helpful, they turned the aircon off already because of end October, but as our room was too hot to sleep in, they turned it on in the whole hotel again. The breakfast was excellent, so rich, nothing was impossible. Great stay at a great location! Nothing?

The look of the hotel is clean and fresh. Gives peaceful vibes. The decor is very calming. I felt very relaxed staying here. Set in a central location of the city you have everything you need on your doorstep. The spa is a gorgeous extra too. Bikes were fun and we got to see so much more of the beautiful island. Staff were very nice and helpful. The guy at reception was most helpful and very kind to us. He really looked after all our needs and was very knowledgeable of the island. Little bottles of fizz and chocolates in the room to welcome us made us smile. Water in the rooms and also available at breakfast is simple but also very welcome. Having come from another very high end hotel in ibiza and having to pay for drinking water these little touches are not unnoticed. Cannot fault this gorgeous hotel….thank you! Nothing

Such a lovely hotel and the breakfast is amazing. The bedroom doors are very heavy and very loud banging closed, which makes it noisy when trying to sleep ?

The location was great and the staff amazing, specially the young lady at the breakfast. She was very attentive and remembered our preference for coffees and egg style. The only think I would consider is to have a room on the pool side or away from the restaurant in front of the hotel where they play music. The windows insulation is very good though.

The staff are super friendly. The rooms on first floor facing the street are noisy. There was a loud humming noise in my room that kept me awake even though I had switched off air conditioning and fan. Lots of bangs and doors slamming. I booked especially because of the spa, only to find three extremely loud women in there talking over each other and laughing at their phones. there were no staff to be seen or overseeing the spa. It was a huge disappointment.
