Lemon Heights Inn

Room was very clean, the property is also very quiet and peaceful. Walking to Denny’s is super convenient.

Enjoyed the cleanliness and up-to-date location. The only issue was that it felt like the walls were thin. Throughout the day and night, I heard the occupants next door, and at some point was woken up at about 4 am due to some arguing between the couple.

Clean room and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.

Rooms are small but clean and have everything you wanted. We paid extra for 2 queens rather than a queen and a full since our teens were sharing and when we got to our room late in the evening it was a queen and a full. I went back to the front desk and the lady said she had no other rooms because they were full and she couldn’t refund me because I booked on hotels.com. We got in late and left early so only slept there one night so didn’t experience anything else of the hotel.

Awesome place

It’s definitely a weird setup and a lot of homeless nearby. Parking lot doesn’t seem safe and staff doesn’t seem very helpful. Don’t ask for tp or towels or they give you dirty looks. I don’t know if they understand what working at a motel means.

We had a very unique room with a loft where the 2 queens were and downstairs with a nice pull out sofa bed more modern and comfortable than other sofa beds we’ve slept on. A good family sized room!

Other than breakfast included the motel was clean and recently modernized. Nice landscaping in atrium area. They do give you 20% off coupon for Denny's next door.

I was a little nervous when I saw how close hotel was to the road but we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quiet and very clean. We felt safe and the price was good for the area. It’s basic with coffee in the room and a Denny’s across the parking lot. Suite set up worked well for 3 travelers.

Needed a quick stay during renovations. It worked perfectly for the family.

The property is beautiful (just ask for an ODD numbered room), so you can open the door of your room and view the fantastic courtyard. The bed was superlative; the TV was huge (but get a better remote)! There was no MUTE button and traversing the channels was terrible because there is only an UP/DOWN channel switch. Also, replace the curtains because they ARE NOT BLACKOUT and in morning the sun pierces in. Other good things is the pool, the ice machine close by and the carpeting in the room. Also, Joyce who checked me in was OUTSTANDING and gave me an iron and board on my way to my room. You get 20% off on meals at Denny's which is right next door. For me and my partner, the room was a little small, and we don't need a double bed which would have given us more space, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay and I will probably be back on my next venture into Tustin

Everything was great. Room was neat and clean. Small coffee maker was in room which was good since I couldn't find any mention of one when I looked. Dennys right next door and close to freeway.
