The room was very cool the air conditioning was very effective the bed was comfortable the room was clean I go back every month for work and this is why I plan to stay the staff is extremely nice and helpful everybody that works there

I enjoyed my stay at Lemon Heights. It was clean outside. They have a swimming pool to sit there in the evening. I would recommend this hotel because the restaurants (local) are nearby like walking distance. Denny & Wendy are next to this hotel.

Well maintained

Great room. Close to Dennys and the High school Volleyball tournament we were attending. Clean well kept and affordable

Very clean and maintained room, the bathrooms were nice as well. Main downside was the soaps that came with the room so bring your own.

Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shower was beautiful with plenty of space, but the water pressure was poor. Otherwise, a great experience.

Fantastic first visit! Natalia at the front desk was especially helpful when I was checking in with my brother who is handicapped. She was very friendly and outgoing and I know he appreciated it as well. Comfy room, clean, and overall excellent visit.

Great room for a reasonable price. Housekeeping came less consistently than I thought they would, but maybe I just didn't check the schedule carefully enough. 4.5/5

Very nicely renovated motel. Check in was easy. Tons of large parking spaces. Very clean room (a little on the small side) but who cares when it was so clean. Bathroom shower was one of the better ones I've used in a hotel (great water pressure, high shower head really nice since I'm 6'5 and most hotel showers hit me in the chest. only complaint was towels provided were really small. Easy fix though bought one at the Costco down the street). Easy freeway access. Tons of shopping and restaurants a little over a mile away at the Tustin Marketplace. Second time I've stayed here in the past month. Wish I had discovered it years ago ( not sure when it reopened). I'm always in the OC (3times a year) for sports tournaments. Air conditioning was quiet and worked well. If you like Denny's there is one next door and you get 20% for being a hotel guest. Thank You for a wonderful stay. Hope to see you again.

This was one of the best hotel that I’ve stay in over the past 10 years. Very clean they took full care of us for all 33days we were there. Everything thing was clean on a daily basis. Can’t say enough about this property. Thank you and will see you next year.

It was such a clean and tidy room! Staff was amazing and very helpful with anything that we needed and there was plenty of parking!

We check-in to inn 31 July 2026 and one of the female front desk staff collected deposit USD 50 from us. She insisted that we must pay deposit through credit card. After our check-out time, we request to refurn back our deposit but the female staff told us that we can only recevie after 10 days. May we know when can we receive our deposit? May we know how will refurn our deposit ?
