Rodeway Inn Santa Ana - Garden Grove

Some rooms need to update and little noisy if stay close to the street.

No shampoo or conditioner

Floor felt dusty and saw little insects on the floor and on the bed

Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund because the room was good. Well, $150.00 lost but at least we got a good night sleep in a safe environment. Avoid this place. For $150 a night there has to be a better place down the road from there. Be warned.

Clean room

It was very nice clean & quiet. The beds are so hard & uncomfortable to sleep on, & the tv wouldn’t work.

Convenient location Not the nicest neighborhood but close to stores and food.

TV was impossible to figure out. Needed downloads and your own personal TV service. Never did get it to work. Refrigerator made a terrible whining noise. Had to turn it off.

The room was clean and served our needs. I don’t know about the neighborhood, I felt safe and the beds were comfortable. The noise from the street was very loud. I think if we had not been so close to the street wd would not have needed the AC to drown it out.

I love the location and the staff was super supportive. Tv didn’t work, fridge made a lot of noise, close wouldn’t close all the way

The TV froze in my room(room also had no microwave so I had to eat my hamburger cold) but I was given another room and that room had a microwave

It was nice to get a smokefree clean room with working cable, large Tv and room amenities to go with it. Shower and Toilet worked ok no issues. The king-size mattress in our room became a problem thru the night it was hard to sleep on. I woke up in the morning with back pain.I also didn't like that this property is right next door to a nightclub and could hear the music all thru the late night, loud.
