The hotel was clean, however; there was mold in the shower. The building is showing it's age. The hotel needs an update.

The room was very nice and clean. Loved the coffee and breakfast.

Clean and comfortable! Great option for those who are watching thier budget. Met my needs perfectly!

* Air conditioning was good. * Bathroom window would not lock. Both latches were broken - safety hazard for a solo female traveler (on ground level). Please fix ASAP (for room 102) * Medium sized spot of blood on the duvet - didn’t notice till the morning. * Awful parking space - not enough room. * Floor was really filthy. I wore my shoes inside the whole time, except for in the middle of the night when I needed the bathroom. * There was a mosquito in the room, which was very annoying. * I woke up with pinkeye (not had that in years) * I didn’t get breakfast in the morning because I wasn’t sure I could trust the hygiene standards.

The rooms were very pleasantly configured and furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room did not get cleaned one day, but it was an error and they cleaned it as early as possible the next day. The location was convenient, so Sandpiper Lodge made a great home base.

Parking is limited. Lines are for compact cars. I have a small SUV and found it very difficult to park.

Great place to stay as a solo traveler.

Enjoyed food in breakfast room. Relaxed in swimming pool with family. Location was great for visits to family member in nearby hospital. Staff were welcoming. Staff cleaned and organized room each morning while we were out. Families enjoyed our stay in 2 rooms.

This is a lovely throwback to the motels of old. Friendly and helpful desk staff. The rooms are very clean. The bed, well, I have slept in worse. It could stand updating. The amenities leave a bit to be desired - "conditioning shampp" is just no where as good and shampoo and conditioner. The towels are a little skimpy. The breakfast was, adequate. Some hard boiled eggs to provide a bit more protein would be good. Or maybe even peanut butter for the breads/ They had plenty of apples both days, and some very green bananas the first day - none the second day.

The stay was nice. Nothing bad or exceptional happened. The staff was helpful in giving us an extra roll out bed when requested. Brought it quickly and made it easy for us. Would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! Very comfortable and clean

We only stayed for one night so it was good for a short period.

Bathroom shower faucet handle loose and when turning on the water comes very hot and had to move the lever all the way to the left for the water to get colder

Very accessible to the great restaurants around the area.

There were tons of ants everywhere, even found on bed. Hard to find parking if you come after 10 pm

Location was good for our trip. We weren’t very interested with breakfast and other amenities like the pool and the gym. Overall, we had a pretty decent place to sleep for 2 nights
