It was clean and the staff was friendly & helpful. Also, the breakfast offered a lot of great choices. It was surrounded by little shops & cafes with great food. There is nothing l can think of.

We loved the rooms with big terrace, beautiful sunsets!!! The breakfast was very good. Comfy bed The only small issue - The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, so it took a long time to wash. Better bring your shampoo, conditioner, gel.

Breakfast, pool, renovated bathroom and pleasant staff Very low shower pressure (but understandable as there is water saving due to lack of rain) Light on terrace that went on in the middle of night and stayed on for hours (pb was not resolved)

Quiet location, beautiful surroundings, good breakfast. Hotel had no hot water for 24 hrs, room was dated and musty. The showers have leaked into the wooden floors and need to be replaced. No tea and coffee facilities. Pool not open until our third day, as only start of season. Surely the season starting wasn't a surprise?

It’s a great location at the top of the town and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Comfy beds and good breakfast with choices from continental style or cooked. Very welcoming, pleasant and helpful reception staff. Overall a really pleasant stay and will probably stay again. Nowt not to like here.

Fabulous stay. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Shout out to the lovely guy who checked us in and made us extremely welcome. We had just about everything we needed and when we requested a kettle and extra pillows, these were provided. Lovely, spacious room with a balcony. Clean. VERY comfy beds. Breakfast.... Wow! SO much choice. Best I have experienced and I am well travelled. Beautiful location. Close to beaches, many shops, many restaurants and bars. Also close to the taxi rank and bus stop. Buses are very cheap in Ibiza. We got a bus from the airport to Es Cana and then walked just 5 mins to the hotel. Taxis are also reasonable. A taxi from Pikes in San Antonio back to our hotel at 3am was just 38 euros. Wednesday is Hippy Market day. Come out of the hotel and turn left ( follow the crowd) and walk for 5 minutes. We will be booking this hotel again. It was a great price, with breakfast included and a great base for our short holiday. Not so much disliked, but the vending machine was a challenge. However we were able to buy water via the bar/night time staff.

The breakfast was excellent.however no evening meal was available. Plus there was no bar service in the evening .We stayed last week of October and many places in Es Canar closed already for winter, this proved difficult finding good evening meals. No evening meal or bar service available.

Hotel was very nice and clean, breakfast was good. Rooms were nice Woken up every morning at 6 30 by construction work on the plot next door. Directly next to my window. Also the tv in the room didn't work for 50% of our trip. The safe in the room didn't open
