Comfortable rooms. Close to several reasturants. Our toilet wouldn't flush properly. I informed front desk and was told to call my booking agency. The tub was dirty.

Found a roach in the room and after reported to the front desk she is oh well.

Very comfortable bed and nice, clean sheets. Air conditioner was good and the noise from the A/C was constant, not cutting on and off, so it made for good white noise. We had no noticeable noise from other rooms or guests. Decent hot breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. TV had streaming options. Convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The listing said no smoking, but our room had obviously been smoked in at some point (room 102) because it had a definite odor.

Placed do not disturb on the door and asked for late check out still got a knock on the door by house keeping 2.5 hrs earlier than needed and it gave me a headache. They knocked more than once too! As if! What’s the point of spending extra on a suite in a nicer place if they don’t respect the do not disturb?! Parking was full of trucks blocking multiple spaces across the front of the hotel entrance which made getting things in and out more inconvenient:
