My only negative was that it lacked soundproofing. You could hear doors opening and closing, people coughing and talking in the adjacent room and people walking or moving things around upstairs.

The villas was an excellent place to stay. We are a family of 6 and we still need to stay in the same room because of children’s ages and the room was spacious! It was very nice and we’re already planning on going back.

Clean close to the plaza They did come in and replace the towels and wash cloth got back to the room after a long day had to go and ask for towels?

Great location. The Santa Fe Plaza is in walking distance, so you don't have to struggle with parking. Roomy compared to your usual hotel room and the kitchenette came in handy. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amenities.

They don’t have cribs or pack-n-plays, so we converted the couch into a crib and used chairs to create the borders all around for our toddler. Worked really well. Did I mention FREE parking!!! Thank you staff for your hospitality and nice amenities.

We have stayed here before and loved it. This tome was more expensive and I had to make up my own bed on the couch, having to hunt for the linens. I didn’t even have a pillowcase for my pillow. However the check in process was lovely

Great suites with kitchen. We had a balcony which we really enjoyed using. Pool was great. The property is within walking distance to the plaza There are not enough chairs at the pool for the size of the property.

Somehow our reservation got lost in the system, but Brandon worked with me thru all our reservation details and confirmation to take care of things. I liked the text messaging for any questions and to check out. They did need maintenance on hot tub and laundry, but out room set up was great. Nicely supplied and loved the small balcony off our bedroom. Great location to be able to walk to the historic areas.
