The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!

I enjoyed the welcoming of the staff, the willing to help, in any way possible makes it easy to feel at home when you're visiting off-abroad. Would definitely be visiting again. Alan, and Connor at the pool were amazing.

This place is excellent and we understand that it is going to have a full renovation after this summer which should make it 5 star.
-
Beautiful, location is excellent to square and access to highways, valet was quick and helpful.

Location is convenient for attractions and shopping, Had an issue with the shower draining and a staff member came and fixed the issue almost immediately. There was also an issue with the air conditioner which was also handled quickly and effectively by maintenance. Also liked the outdoor seating and the pool area is great. The beds were very comfortable and I felt very at home in our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santa Fe.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was in the heart of town and near all the best shops, restaurants, and churches. It’s truly a stunning hotel with a fabulous pool and hot tub, gorgeous architecture, comfy and clean rooms, and lots of amazing staff.

We arrived late at night with a truck, towing our camper. They were very helpful in letting us park it ourselves in their lot (otherwise it is usually valet). The room was fine. Nothing fancy but comfortable. It seemed a little run down and our view was of the parking lot, but that's fine. We didn't mind too much after camping. But I expected a bit more, since it is billed as a luxury property. The workout room was really disappointing. Small and most machines were broken. The breakfast was good, and the pool was really a highlight on a hot afternoon. The best parts, in our opinion, were the pool and the location/proximity to the plaza. Everything was extremely walkable. Very nice experience, overall!

Its ok, the rooms are really small the pictures online are different from the reality, I wouldn’t stay there again

Great location and beautiful property.

Beautiful and historic property in walking distance to almost everything in Santa Fe. We've already recommended this property to two different friends who are planning trips to SF.
-
Beautiful property, close to everything. Lovely restaurant and pool area.

Free coffee was very good at the Charter Room. First hotel since COVID that did daily housekeeping service. They were efficient and did a very good job. Spa is awesome. Very helpful staff.
-
Perfect location to walk around downtown Santa Fe. Lots of history to learn about with the building and surrounding area. We would return.
-
beautiful renovated pool and hot tub
-
Wonderful experience, minus the fact that our king with patio overlooked the heat exchange ha ha. Oh well what you gonna do. Everything else was truly wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay.
-
Walking distance to pleanty of resturants, the square and other attraction. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Luminaria Restaurant is excellent, pool and living room very inviting and comfortable. Room is also comfortable, only one suggestion, bathroom not set up for ladies to get ready ie makeup or hair. Suggestion that a mirror be set up on wall in room above desk/table for ladies ... Marcia

Lovely old hotel. At the center of it all, great location. Wonderful staff, especially the valets. They were so fast and had great tips on places to eat, etc. The pool space was absolutely gorgeous. Bed was like a marshmallow. Room wasn’t huge, and the bathroom was quite small. Elevator was slow. Spa was so lovely and a really therapeutic massage. Outdoor dining was beautiful and tasty.

This resort is centrally located making everything local walkable. The site is beautifully appointed. Great food in restaraunt. Great restaurants and shopping and museums within walking distance. Inside and outside dining next to historic sites. Lovely bar/living room with music in the evenings. Very helpful and responsive staff. Great vibe. I was traveling alone and met friends there. The pool is heated and beautiful. Open late. Rooftop terrace for nice sunsets. Comfortable bed! Efficient cleaning. Frig in room. I’ll be back for sure.
