I also spoke with two different employees before and during check in asking if I could do a late checkout, I agreed to the fee as well. When I called the hotel to confirm, they told me they were “over” the allotted number of late checkouts and to leave as soon as possible.

I did ask for another chair to be delivered to our room as there was two of us but I never received the extra chair. I did receive three phone calls asking if I wanted extra sheets and blankets. I said I wanted a chair only. It seemed I never did get the extra chair! I am not sure why there was such a dilemma. There are two queen beds in our room which means at times there is more than one person staying in the room. My daughter has MS and we had to have dinner in the room. I sat on the bed which I did not want to do.

Clean room and walk-in shower a great for elderly parents. Also, continental breakfast a time saver.

New everything Nice place

The Breakfast was Good...Maybe Some Bacon or Chicken Apple Sausage would be nicer. Parking was Fine. Only downsides was our Check-In from desk agent didn't seem to have much Enthusiasm for my Family and didn't verbally specify the hotel features and amenity hours. Plus My Kid And I got stuck in the malfunctioning elevator on our check out day. Other than That Very Good!

We were impressed with this property. It had a terrific pool and was very quiet. Breakfast had a lot of options and great seating. The one slight drawback was the limited dinner choices nearby. Overall we would stay here again

Staff made the property better.

I am a rewards member but did not have access to member rewards like access to water bottles and internet. That wasn’t a huge deal but what was the worst was the fact that our room had a fire detector that flashed all night lighting up the room. It made it impossible for us to sleep. The food for breakfast was sugary and limited. And the staff were complaining to each other in the lobby rather loudly which made it unpleasant.

Got locked out of my room the second night for no reason….

The hotels was excellent and I rather liked the fact that it was tucked away in a less dense area of Santa Rosa. I only have a couple of small complaints. First, there needs to be more light in the room. I think having lights of some sort on both sides of the beds instead of just the two lamps in between them. The other is the TV signal dropped out a few times. Granted, this may have been due to the weather, but there wasn't much wind and it didn't rain while I stayed there.

The shower floor was extremely slippery. Used a bath towel on the floor to stop from slipping. Fall hazard!

Our wheelchair accessible room was fantastic! Lots of space and a great roll in shower. BELLA helped us at check-in and check-out, she is the BEST!! When we arrived, the computers were down and she handled everything with ease. Our first room was accessible but had a bath-tub, Bella moved us into a room with the roll-in shower, which was so appreciated!! Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and strong, hot coffee. My only suggestion to make this room more accessible is a lower bed height. Other than that, we had a great stay. Beautiful, clean and very quiet room. And a BIG Thank you to BELLA!!!
