Lovely location looking out on the beach with buses right outside to the centre. Good breakfast. Good family room solution, two rooms with an adjoining corridor was perfect t with our teenage children. Maybe not suitable for young children. Staff weren’t particularly friendly.

Location only Old not well maintained!! Needs a lot to be qualified to 4 starts hotel. Left is broke and many parts need maintenance

The staff and location Room was a little small

The rooms were clean, comfortable beds… If you have car, expect difficulties finding parking and hotels parking is not the best…away from the hotel..in a dark basement…size of the car might be an issue… The location was amazing! Could not be better with just steps away from the beach…

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was fabulous and our room, number 406 looks directly at the beach and you can see it from the bed. It has doors onto a 6 inch deep balcony. Gives you enough to be able to look out easily and gives the room fresh air. There’s a lovely sea breeze. The area around the hotel is busy with plenty of places to choose to eat and drink. The bus stop is close by that takes you into the Old Town in 10 minutes for €1.30. Beds can be rented on the beach opposite. There are no steps through the front door but there are 6 down to the reception, then we were directed to a better lift for us but that was down another set. There are also more stairs on the 4th floor but we didn’t have any to room 406. I’d already written to say we’d have luggage so that was nice they took notice. The shower is hot and the pressure was OK. The change from overhead to handheld was a little tricky and the pressure seemed to pulse. The towels are nice and big and thick. The bed is 2 king singles, made separately, but comfortable. There is packet coffee, tea bags and a kettle in the room. There are plenty of power points with one beside the bed with 2 usb points as well. The wifi was dismal, so much so I went and bought a SIM card. It was weak and unstable. Couldn’t do anything without it timing out. Horrendous

The location is good. Two things... A/C was not cooling, and given the high temperatures this days, sleeping was poor. Drinking water... they only give you a bottle for the first night, afterwards, nothing. I'm happy we didn't run out of toilet paper, It would have been bad if I had to go and buy the next roll myself.

Friendly staff, clean and beautiful location. My room overlooking the beach was a delight to wake up to.gtreat position.
-
The position is perfect, near the sea and many good restaurants nearby. We had a fantastic room, large with sea view. Bus stops were near. The maid service could be improved.

The location is pretty good, very close to El Sardinero beach and also close to some restaurants and cafes. If you have a seaview room the view is very beautiful. The breakfast was very nice with a large variety of meals. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If in need of a parking place, there are parking places nearby, both paid or free. The windows are not good enough and even though I had a room with street view at the third floor I heard a lot of noise from outside. Also, from inside there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. I was able to hear the TV from the next room. It wasn’t like a nightmare with such a lot of noise, but it would have been more comfortable to have more noise cancellation.

Very good

Excellent location. Directly opposite the beach No close parking . Had to find street parking , 1/4 mile from hotel
-
Very well located near all attractions in this part of the city. Restaurants and shops near close. Possible to walk or rent a bicycle near close to the hotel. The price due to the location and season. The wifi a bit slow at nights. No private parking

The staff were super friendly. The hotel appears to be in a state of disrepair and deferred maintenance. There are markings on the walls, areas that plainly need a paint job, stuff that needs tending to. If there were a hotel fixer reality show this hotel would get blasted. The ac is crummy. We left after two nights and found a much better hotel for the same price in Santander.
-
The location was very strategic, very close to the beach. The price was exaggerated for the service received. The hotel is not that new, if you charge 300+ euros i would expect different standards. I do understand that it is high season but they day before we paid 250 euros in Bilbao for a 5 starts hotel which was much much better than this. There are limits in playing with yelds and prices.
