The building is amazing on the outside and location nice Reception staff nice but the room itself evethough it had a view is obstructed view so it not admirable, la room and vatheoom small, the reception staff nice but the breakfast staff need to work on their skills they were kind of rude and the selection of breakfast options was soso

The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the lobby and dining room areas. No coffee or tea facilities in rooms, or anywhere to get washed and changed for a late flight on departure day.

Our experience of the hotel was fabulous, the staff in all areas were super friendly. Those on reception were so welcoming and had first rate customer service skills. Special thanks to Andrea who was always so warm and friendly and organised the on site massage therapist. The breakfast buffet superb, the cafe excellent and the menu of the day in the dining room was amazingly good and value for money. The maitre d was a very nice gentleman. The only negative from my perspective would be clear signage of the stairs in the event of fire.

Gorgeous hotel right across from beach and amazing walks all around town from elegant hotel with lovely service.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff. A party from the reception the rest of the interior didn’t really match with the lovely facade of the exterior. It was clean and great air con and view from bed the sea but we felt it was expensive for the actual rooms.

The location right across from the beach, and near great food places and opposite the casino where we attended a wedding. Struggle at times to get seating in the outside area of the restruant and bar.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel. Desde afuera se ve muy lindo. No me gustó que nunca pudimos comer en el restaurante. Primero porque tenían un evento, luego porque estaba cerrado.

I like everything, the friendly personnel, the location, the views, the breakfast, the room, how clean it was, the smell in the lobby. Beautiful!!!! The elevator for the parking lot. Oh my god never seen or experienced that and I was scared. Jajajaja
