Staff was excellent! Bathroom is very dark and tiny.

The weather was super-humid. No A/C; just a ceiling fan. No windows. No way to vent humidity from shower.

Excellent location, near the beach and bus stops. There are good restaurants close to the hotel. The employees were helpful and polite. The room is a little bit too small and lacking in furniture.

Very nice staff. Location fairly good. The noise at night was incredible. Granted we were there on a Friday night, but there was loud talking and laughing and restaurant dish noise until after 11. We could not keep windows open due to noise. However, we needed to because floor became quite warm for unknown reason—restaurant appliances? Heating system?—became almost hot to soles of feet. Room had no air conditioning so since we couldn’t open windows due to noise it became too warm. Poor sleep due to conditions. Don’t stay in rooms above restaurant!

I was a bit unsure of the hotel before booking due to the rating, but this is an amazing hotel if you accept it for what it is. The room is spacious enough for 2 people and we had a balcony with sea view. Its pet friendly and located right next to the beach in the best area of Santander and had plenty of restaurants in the area. it did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker, but you can get everything right outside the door so not a big issue

Location was excellent with windows that cut out all noise from bars and restaurants below. A kettle in the room would have been nice but not imperative.

The location is very near the beach We did get parking in the road which was free but we were lucky as it was lunch time and busy. It looked fairly empty at other times. They chargers a lot of money for our two small dogs so won’t return but if you don’t have dogs it’s clean and in a good position.

location, dog friendly, door from the reception to a next door restaurant (convenient during a rainy day) the bathroom in the room was missing a bit of privacy as the separation from the room is imho not ideal

Fantastic location. Loved the balcony over the street and the bathroom with glass shower door that closed. That we were only there for one night
