Hotel Boutique Las Brisas is a charming, family-run hotel located directly opposite Sardinero Beach, set in a beautifully restored 19th-century Indianos mansion, now converted into a boutique hotel. The property offers 13 individually decorated rooms in elegant classic English style. Rooms are cozy and compact (approx. 33 ft²), mostly single or double, some with balconies, and all top-floor rooms feature sea views. They are equipped with Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Please note that the hotel does not have a elevator and rooms are accessed by stairs (some rooms are located on the ground floor). A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. I loved how close it was to the beach, how well looked after you are by the staff, and how attentive they are. The room I got was perfect for me (solo traveller with small luggage) and had everything I needed for a night in Santander. Getting into Santander city was quick with a bus right outside the door. While the hotel is in a tourist area, it was very quiet and calm in the room itself. I loved the quirky decorations and art on every floor. It is definitely a hotel on the quirkier side. Check-in was a breeze

Very cosy, family-like and well localed hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and ideally located in front of the beach. The only minor point was the quality of the bed for the rest it was perfect! /

The house looks very nice, and the interior of the hotel and the room is also beautiful. Everything is in the old style and there are a lot of antiques. If you like that kind of thing, you'll be happy. But at the same time, you could feel the antiquity of these things. Unfortunately, I waited about 40 minutes for me and the other guests to be given the room keys. I also expected more from the breakfast, but it was worth the money. So if you like to eat a lot for breakfast, it's better to choose another option.

A great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms not massive but boutique describes it perfectly with bags of charecter. Lack of wardrobe even though l was a single traveller.
