The location was great. Lots of great options nearby. The staff was helpful. The hallway had a funny smell to it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable for a 3 star hotel.

Service was exceptional. Breakfast was good, and the hotel was silent. The bed was also comfortable and spacious, and multiple pillows were ready in the room. The property, specially the room we were in, starts to need some renovation. Plaster patches are visible in the bathroom, and some floor tiles are flaky.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. There was a piece of glass in the hallway, AC didn’t work and the pillows were terrible.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. It wasn't too bad, but I was expecting a better breakfast, as Brazilian accommodations usually offer.

This last stay was awful the bed was old the room was old and stained the shower was broken. The curtains smells of dampnes.. there were stains on the comforter. It was a mess. Had I not stayed so many times before I would have left

I really liked the quietness and cleanliness of the room. The staff was also very friendly, not intrusive, but helpful when I had a question. The room had a blanket, but they had duvets when I asked. The room also had a kettle. I had everything I wanted and a beautiful view of the park as a bonus. There were no negatives to the room.
