Has some issue with the room door and the hot water

I love the room,the bed and the service of the staff. The night Clerk is excellent ?. Full attention the our needs.

Everything but the staff were really nice people especially the big guy

The breakfast was correct; the room was clean and spacious and a direct secure connection between the parking lot and the room. When you come with three people and the first night, we received only 1 towel and explaining we are with three and the second night we received two towels. We used the pool towels. The beds are good but not long enough. During check-in, we were faced with an exorbitantly high exchange rate. The price was in dollars, but the exchange rate to pesos was completely out of proportion. We simultaneously stated that we would report this to booking.com. Naturally, the friendly receptionist could not change this. She is carrying out instructions from the hotel owner, who felt that this exchange rate was justified. When a spot became available in the full parking lot and we parked our car there, we were told that we had to move the car because that was the owner's spot. I have owned a business myself; my car was parked at the far end of the parking lot, and my clients' parking space was at the entrance. It is a matter of perspective.

Nothing at the moment worth mentioning

The staff was really nice and attentive, i has do use Google Translate here and there but for the most part they understood and spoke some English. The breakfast that was included was cooked to order, with a wide range of choices. They also served fresh juice as well if you choose that option. The rooms were nice, clean, minimalist how I like it, not cluttered and the room was decorated nicely. I loved everything about the property.

For breakfast you could make a selection from a menu. I also eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good. I have no complaints about this place. It was quiet, secure, comfortable, the staff were helpful and the food was good.

Confortabile bed. Large and beautiful halls, with sofas and armchairs The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board. I booked 2 deluxe rooms and only got 1 deluxe room and a normal one. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but upon arrival we were informed that the pool was closed. The rooms are only cleaned upon request, the same goes for toilet paper, it is only brought upon request. In room 202 the shower holder and shampoo dispenser were broken, there was no hot water in the sink. toilet seat not fixed properly . I repaired the shower support myself. There were no cable channels on the TV, only internet to watch Youtube or Netflix (if you have a Proriy subscription), but the internet signal was weak and with many interruptions. The staff at the reception and restaurant do not speak English. The restaurant menu is very poor and expensive. One day there was an infernal noise of pikameres and we had to leave the hotel
