The location was nice and staff wonderful The property advertised air conditioning, which they have in the rooms but they don’t work , in the mid to high 30 degrees it Italy You expect to get what is advertised

Location Overall opinion on arrival does not make you want to enter as the exterior of the hotel is in a poor state of Repair. Once inside you can see that money has been spent on bringing the property up to date

Great view across the valley from our room. The food at dinner was excellent, as was the service. The breakfast was rather basic but of a good quality.

Very friendly staff and perfect location! An excellent restaurant and view is amazing! Only remark is that mattress was really stiff, but probably the taste depanding.

The hotel is on the hill, the room is very big, quiet and beautiful with a balcony with a stunning view, staff are nice, the breakfast is good but you need to go earlier. The restaurant served good foods, but a bit slow. Free parking.

30mins from two pretty cities in La Spezia and Manarola (cinque terre) Hotel is beautiful and very spacious For breakfast we were given what to eat rather than any kind of menu or choice But it was still ok

Extremely generous breakfast, friendly personnel, coffee maker in the room, clean. Too long waiting time at the reception, it felt like the staff was not yet at full speed to accommodate guests. And computer screen with all guest information, emails etc. should be locked while reception is unattended.
