Firstly, the housekeeping staff were incredibly honest and trustworthy. All staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left some money and valuable items in our room while we were out, and when we returned, the room had been cleaned and everything was exactly where we left it—nothing was missing at all. The hotel is centrally located in Sanur on the main road, close to restaurants and cafés, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the overall condition of the hotel was excellent. The staff consistently provided outstanding hospitality and were always helpful. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended! Nothing

The pool access room was amazing. The room was modern and a good size. Nice bathroom. The location of the hotel away from the main road could have been better.

Sheet and towels is clean but need replacement to be more white . Front office staff is just seating in the desk, not helping with luggage or offering an umbrella when raining

Great accommodation at a very good location in Sanur. Clean tidy room with a balcony and pool view. Comfy bed Good wifi. The buffet breakfast was tasty. The front desk staff were prompt and courteous. The beach was around 20 mins walking distance. The price was on the higher side.

Very clean with a pleasant staff and a peaceful vibe at night. Everything is nearby: restaurants, spas, Icon Mall and mostly the beach which is 10-min walk away. My husband and I absolutely loved the experience !

Location & the staff are excellent. The breakfast option is very limited & the towels seem old & in need of replacement.

The staff who clean the room , were friendly and cleaned the room and verandah perfectly . The staff at the desk were also friendly and helpful at all times . Lol hopefully the put a metal bar on the entrance to the pool to make it easier to exit for older patrons ?( they don’t have or need a step ladder

The staff are helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfy The plants around the pool make it a little oasis. It’s easy to get a Grab to nearby locations Good music on Friday nights with Crazy Horse playing at the restaurant in front of the hotel .
